yes , i read that in the rns, i was referring to possible future problems and the no lack of contingency.

In addition to contingencies in the drilling budget and potential offsets and claims under insurance policies, the Company has available to it offers of debt finance sufficient to meet any cost overruns due to the delay and need to re-spud.Â

from the last rns,,running on fumes, can't afford any hiccup whatsoever from here,,, hence why i said it's a massive risk.

I'm pretty sure they will re-spud over the next 3 -4 weeks, but whose holding for results?
Co. running low on cash, and any issues on the next drill may not be able to cover.
possible placing is the answer, wouldn't want to be invested for that either.

difficult to see much winning either way..

being built here,, great deal on the lending facility,, low cost wells, quick payback...great model with current oil price..
