Agreed, having the same person on the BoD of two companies that are parties to an M&A transaction is a likely conflict of interest in the eyes of regulators.

Why would Antos expose himself to that hassle!?

And he has more chances to be able to buy more shares without attracting to much FCA attention if he is not a BoD member as well.

I do think that NUOG is mostly a con. They have withheld crucial (negative) info from the markets before, the (no longer) Chairman publicly lied several times and people can notice that they regularly announce framework agreements with very large well known company to keep punters hooked, but people can notice that all those agreements contained near identical wording and have actually no actual binding terms of any sort nor any other detail.
So I don’t believe that MFDevCo was made to actually deliver anything so we are not at risk of working with it...

Are we going to see a repeat of what happened on the 30 then 31st May? About 30-40% rise on the 31st May IIRC.

Now that the whole idea of doing a CPR has been shelved (as per David Sefton's last interview with Proactive Investors, linked on Twitter), is the only concrete update that we are waiting for is the outcome of the license negotiations with the government? There are no other specific updates that we are waiting for at this stage?

(I do mean "specific", not "more results" without giving actual specifics.)

Noticeably, it requires an additional permit in the UK, and takes usually 1-2 months + time to analyse the results.

I learnt that phrase from UKOG and ANGS amongst others.

langtro - almost, it was in tranches between 0.15 and 0.165.

I sold between 0.20 and 0.205, so a healthy profit, but certainly nowhere near the one I'd been aiming for.

I'll go back hovering over UJO in 2-3 when (if?) it's clear they are starting the EWT.

Langtro - considering I only sold yesterday, i certainly missed your post about the top - and clearly you were correct!

UJO has taught me to sell minutes after RNSs (other than takeover offer confirmations) for small caps / AIM e v e r y s i n g l e t i m e.

UJO is now starting to deteriorate, I suspect profit taking and impatience will bring it back down to the mid-high teens for a few weeks, until the upcoming EWT is well under way.

Bradis - if you are still bothering to read this BB: sorry to see that you have (presumably) lost so much of your initial investment. But great attitude in the way you have re-evaluated what you have the stomach for, and clearly it seems to be paying off.
