Ukraine gas prices are storming ahead. I worked out average for H2 was 28% more than H1 (with an upward trend throughout H2) and price for jan 21 delivery is currently 55% above the average for H2. That’s gotta be good for the share price.
It’s dropped a bit to $13.8 which still implies 1.36 dddd share price (13.80 / 7.52 / 1.35 which is LOAC price / share ratio / fx rate).
Having read most of that rns (particularly the context around the ceo loan), I sympathise with the board. As mentioned previously I’m no longer a shareholder but I would stick with the devil you know. Even then though you may end up with nothing.
It makes no difference which shares you hold AIM or Nasdaq - the shares will always have equivalent value as the market will naturally close down any arbitrage opportunities.
Wow, so the first thing the CEO does to manage any risk of three on board from metallon is to extend his personal loan from the company by a year. Pretty outrageous.
If I was in (which I no longer am) I’d vote for a change. I’m only out because of the last results when they couldn’t declare going concern basis; and also the CEO taking so much money and the company changing address to Cayman Islands or wherever it was.
Having said that I’m not clear who metallon are. Very little on their website with only a couple of press releases in last few years.
They’re only after representation though. They can’t make things worse.
RPStock, the company issue new shares which are then used to create the liquidity for Nasdaq ; they won’t be buying from existing aim to do that.
Magmanus, by ‘bag’, do you mean it’ll hit the price of Monday again?
But they’re the same terms as the previous farm out agreement last year. Shouldn’t be a shock.
On the previous farm out attempt last year all extensions (and there were lots) were rns’d at 7am the morning after the deadline. So if they are consistent it’ll be tomorrow for an extension rns - or anytime for a deal.
Pleased with those results and very close to my estimate. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks they’ll be reflected in the price. Couldn’t spot the ex-div date in the report so if anyone else did please let me know. Ta
Agree with Alex. This may double / trip over medium term (a year or so and emphasis on the ‘may’) however stellar gains need phase 3 interim results on something of commercial value and we’re two years away from that point (seres are already there).
Well, I’ve got to say I’m very surprised not to have an update yet - far later into the month (by 3 days tomorrow) than any other update in the previous 6.
Apart from gas prices which are in a good place (however were 10% higher a few weeks ago) any ideas why today? I get a gradual increase makes sense but is there a underlying reason for such a large jump today ?
JackRussell, doesn’t the 8th Oct 2019 rns count as commercial partnership with MSD ... it referenced specific valuation of $347.5m for each indication (whatever that is) and undisclosed tiered royalties.
We may not get that boom more a spitter upwards. The company is projected to make a loss this year (Fitch) so we may need a few months of positive updates to get to 100p+. The key figure to look out for is impairments (if they publish this figure) - has to improve below the 38% previously reported.
I’d expect a trading update by tomorrow (latest Monday) consistent with previous months. Would also expect confirmation bond settlements (sett date today) all took place successfully.
I thought it was very positive - particularly their emphasis on positive biomarkers for treating breast cancer with mx518 mono therapy. How that translates into outcomes we’ll have to wait a year or two to find out. One thing I found interesting is just how long it takes to enroll people in trials even with her the safety & regulatory hurdles being very important.
The logistics of distributing the vaccine aren’t as complex as many people seem to think. It can be stored for up to 5 days in a standard GP surgery fridge. The complexity is -70 degrees distributing to GPs and appointment scheduling to ensure delivered dose is used within the 5 days. Not insurmountable by any means.
