I totally agree and have been saying as much for several weeks now. Nab these cheap shares whilst it's relatively quiet. Big move up incoming on financing news to land soon. All imo and dyor

I think the risk v reward from these levels is actually very promising, especially with diamond drilling coming up. The problem is the BOD in whom many have lost faith. But with back to back drilling coming up, it's hard to see how this remains at 2p. All imo

Some massive late reported trades, which show that the placing shares are not done. As I said before, when all these shares have to be flipped, then the price has to be kept at a level where retail are willing to buy them. It will move according to their needs. Same thing happened at 9p to 10p, when they needed to exit. All imo and dyor

If AH has had to step down for health reasons, then that is totally understandable. Is this why we have been hearing more from AJ in recent months I wonder?

Not a good look on the chart today. There's obviously lots of overhang to clear and profit taking. Need to factor in that the majority of people buying He1 are traders, not investors. Very few actually believe they will make a discovery. So most will have their fingers close to a sell button. The overall situation this creates is one of sellers outnumbering buyers the higher the price goes.

This dynamic might change with a spud announcement, but more likely it will need some gas shows for the herd to arrive?

Cashking - that's exactly what I was thinking as well re AH not looking well and the arm movements. How has Tang survived!

BTW - did any of you take up the placing offer, and if so, have you received your placing shares?

Filtered Coco and Cyber a few weeks back. I would have thought Coco would be in his element right now, with "biggest drill on AIM", "NT to Buy" and "share price going to 20p".

Of all the times to be buying and selling He1, isn't holding into results the most riskiest period of all?

Either an offtake agreement with the Chinese and/or DFC grant from the US will see Bres lift off. But they have gone very quiet on the latter, suggesting to me that all might not be well on that front. Otherwise they would be tweeting about it like they are with the Chinese offtake interest!

They have stopped tweeting about the DFC, in contrast to the Chinese offtake interest. That's what is slightly unnerving as would you not expect Bres to be keeping the DFC grant at the forefront of our minds, especially if the process was still ongoing and/or delayed? All imo and dyor

KR - good strategy re Bres. I took some profits on the recent rise, and like you, will try to build back at the bottom.

I'm definitely not suggesting it's the right time to sell He1. When we had the previous placing, and were waiting for Rig announcement, we could all be pretty sure that the share price would rise from 5p, as it eventually did and hit 10p. That was an "all in" type of situation. This run up to drill is definitely not an "all in" type of situation.

You will have seen the late trades that came in today - those were MASSIVE placing shares most likely. In order to flip these placing shares, you need to lift the bid and ask, so that people think its safe to buy and the price is going up. That's how retail investor emotions are manipulated, as Trek alluded to. All imo and dyor

AG - it's the "hope" that kills you in the end. A financial payment needs to land here, from somewhere, or a commitment from one of the majors to do the heavy financial lifting, leaving ORCP with a near free carry. That would potentially flip the whole situation on its head.

On the issue of financing, most of the focus has been on little old ORCP, but we mustn't forget the others. So i'd like to know the following:

1) What monies has the 70% partner paid into the project since the JV?

2) Update on the work done by the MOU partners since the MOUs. It would be nice to know how active they have been, and if they have been expending their own resources on the projects, that would also be re-assuring. All imo and dyor

I'm out guys. Had a massive pot here which I built up in the 5s and 6s over several months, and then sold most of it in the 9s, and the rest in the 7s, in and around the presentation. I became VERY concerned about a placing, after LB mentioned it (and never trusted her after the shakeout) and I then saw the large selling. That's why I spent SO much time stressing about it, as I had a large holding to look after.

As for right now, there is simply NO way that I would ever put such a large position into He1 again. Not only is 'spud into results' way too risky/binary a period for me, I also simply do NOT trust He1 to play it fair, because of how they have played it dirty so far. Therefore, going forward, I am only looking for very short term trading opportunities and with much smaller amount. A quick 'in and out' rather than any longer term hold.

There are certain spots and periods in the market where I just won't get involved, if I can't assess the risks properly. The days before placing shares are to be admitted is such a spot. As I have posted on the BB, you can't really say which way the share price will go until AFTER those shares are admitted. Therefore, my rules/approach doesn't allow me to get in before then, even if I'm offered shares for in and around 6p - tempting, but not the right time.

So I will see when and where the churn ends, and which direction the share price decides to move in once its done. Then I will wait for a trading opportunity, if one presents itself, in that direction. I'm not fussed whether I get an opportunity at 5p to 7p, or 7p to 9p, or 10p to 13p. I might decide to sit it out completely if I'm not feeling very confident, but at all times the chart and price action will be my primary guide.

So no shorting and nothing to hide. I tell it how I see it, and trade it how I tell it. Sometimes I get it right, and others times I get it completely wrong. I am very sceptical when it comes to the AIM casino, and so that is why my posts are often cautionary. People rarely listen though, and everyone does their own thing, which is all fair enough, if you turn out to be right in your own calls! All imo and dyor

Dai - seriously, you really don't have a clue. Where do you think I am now then, long, short or out?

KR - I'm not bothered about winning "friends" on the BB, only concerned about winning money. There's no such thing as "friends" on BB anyway, as its just a bunch of strangers, rather than an investment club as such. I have no interest with building let alone repairing relations with a bunch of charlatans. You really shouldn't bother, and they will spit you out when it suits them as well.

Dai - of course I mentioned the placing several times. I'm surprised it was only 40 times given how long the whole thing took to play out. How many times did Coco, RJ, Turbot and several others mention that there was 'no placing'? What matters to me is not how many times it was raised, but whether it turned out to be the correct call and that I acted on the courage of my own convictions with it!

They can pump it all they like, but its clear that the placing shares are being churned right now. The placing shares will be landing tomorrow, so let's see what happens. All imo
