This after BG just said they have had offers already for Pepas, was talking non dilutive funding, and spent time talking about prepaid gold agreements!!! Elements takeaway is that 11p placing. Which means all these projects and the £13 million spend will be a complete failure. Well why would you want to invest in such a failed company at 11p.

Ah right, so ARE interested in investing here but just want a lower entry. Classic de-ramping motivation spelt out just there.

I did get a VERY low entry with decent size, and am now just watching this one play out. These 50% moves don't bother me much. Sailed through a couple of them already. I didn't even bother switching on here when it went to 41p or when the MRE was meant to land. Not interested in dealing right now.

I'm here to see the story unfold - I have made that clear from the outset. This story is only just starting with this "exploration ramp up". I have confidence in the projects, the BOD and this bull market continuing.

Each time this has retraced, it has always come back and gone onto make new highs. I'm confident we will see that again. I'll be here when it does!

I'm liking the small incremental daily rises here - just allows all shares to be slowly swept up. Much healthier than the spikes and pump and dump action.

Small daily or weekly rises will do me just fine. In fact, if we just slow but steady move towards 20p, that will also be fine. Suspect there might be the odd 10% + day as well though.

So Sprott is great when he invests in GGP but is useless when it comes to OMI. How do you explain the combination of all these seasoned pros and various other institutions coming into OMI? Have THEY each and all collectively got this one wrong?

It's not just Sprott though is it, how do you explain all the others (Durrett, Cohen, Various Instis, VC, Baron, etc). Are you really now going to take the narcisissm up a notch by saying you know better than all these seasoned pros?

These naysayers sound so effin stupid arguing about a share that has the likes of Sprott and Dynamic as major holders. Why do they think these elite level gold investors have taken large positions in OMI? Do the naysayers on here know better than these institutions, with all the experts, experience and know how they have at their disposal?

Yes - expect stock will be very tightily held right now. Anyone wanting size will have to pay up.

Usual little retrace on small volume. Buyers are going to scoop up what they can at these levels before letting it go. We have a gap fill at 33p, which will be a juicy level to go for, but obviously a couple of other levels to clear before we get there. But confident we will get there. The exploration ramp up hasn't even started! Let's see where we are by the time that Rig starts turning at APTA in a couple of weeks' time!

Fresh ISA money also landing in April. What better share than BRES for deploying that cash?

Looks like BRES's long awaited and much anticipated re-rate is about to kick off. This has been years in the making, both in terms of the work that has gone into the project, but also the multi year base on the chart.

These two new deposits are game changers - offering larger scale at higher grade. Anyone taking this into production is going to go for the lowest and largest hanging fruit first. These deposits will enable increase in annual production.

Looks like this could be the week that BRES finally breaksout. Major newsflow to start landing, breaking out from a multi year base and NO overhead resistance. It's a dream setup and the best around right now.

How high will the newsflow drive this thing?

Great post Doc - folk should be loading up for what will be the most exciting period the company has had yet. Within this, we are virtually guaranteed to get great results coming out of APTA, and it also sounds like we will get a bullish comprehensive update on El Pantano. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the additional 1000m of drilling at El P is aimed at trying to find that mineralised system they have proven exists.

The unknowns are whether and what they might hit at North Pepas and/or El Cedro.

I said a few months ago that I hoped OMI would go for APTA next, and I am chuffed that they have opted to do that. Whilst we have a strong and surging gold price, there's nothing better in a bull market than releasing some great assays. 6 weeks worth of great gold results should move the needle somewhat. Then you have another few weeks to wait for the MRE. We also have the brucie bonus of expanding the deposit. So APTA alone shoud get us back to new highs.

But then what happens if they also hit at North Pepas, El Cedro or El Pantano?

BRES telling the market it is trading at a "deep discount" to it's NPV, which economics are going to improve further with these new deposits.

Could easily double over the coming period. Got to be in it early to make the most of this move.

45p incoming according to Zak. I think APTA results alone should take us there.

Normal service will be resumed when those APTA assays start landing here. The 6 weeks of drilling should be stellar. At the same time Rigs will be turning at North Pepas and El Cedro.

Very smart move from BG to go for lower hanging fruit at APTA which virtually guarantees the market will be fed with the kind of news it likes the most, whilst at the same time having recon drilling at the other projects.

So the situation facing us is 6 weeks of stellar results which should take us back into the 40s with the possibility of bonus news coming out of North Pepas and El Cedro.

Not to mention the comprehensive RNS re El Pantano which should land in April.

Been here two circa 2 years and this next quarter is by far the most exciting one to date.

Good to see a lot of supply being taken up in the upper 9s. Once it's all taken up, will 10p become the new support level for the re-rate?

We're doing just fine having pierced 10p today. It's an all time high I believe. Now it's just a case of taking out the supply under 10p. Much prefer this steady but sure climb up, over pump and dump style action.
