I think what this again illustrates is that Sri Lanka is simply not allowing CMET to progress this project in a timely fashion, as it seems to go from one jurisdictional crises or issue to another, no matter who the individual officials are that the company is dealing with. Every year there are jurisdictional problems.

More generally, I have no problem at all with traders. 90% of us on AIM are traders, and it is more of a Casino than a proper investment market, with all sorts of shenanigans going on. In a way, we are all traders, just with different holding periods. Whether you then choose to announce your trades on the BB, and for whatever motive, is perhaps where lines can be crossed. I used to get a bit wound up when folk would trash a stock I was in on these BB, or traders would announce their sells, but nowadays I really don't care as much. It's all part of the AIM Casino and the LSE BB.

We are going to get ramping/de-ramping, buying and selling announcements and trolling all throughout 2025. Just need to make our own assessment of the emerging fundamentals and technicals and ignore the noise on here, apart from posters whom you respect - and we can all differ on who these are.

Yes, GRL sounded a bit like GCAT, so I was a bit hesitant. But looks like it could be a good recovery play, and recent RNS have seemed encouraging, so I thought why not. Only put in a smallish position though and need to do bit more research into the company.

OMI is still the better/safer bet of the two imho. IF they strike at PEPAS 2 in the way they have at PEPAS 1, then OMI could take out its previous all time high. All the gold is at surface and grades have been world class. Between them, the two targets give a strike length of 1km. One knowledgeable Canadian investor/fund manager (who has his own geo contact) is comparing PEPAS to Fruta Del Norte mine. The geo himself has also taken a position.

Absolutely world class prospects in the making. IF PEPAS 2 strikes, all bets are off.

Ripping up on huge volume, both here and on the TSX. Drilling results from PEPAS 1 have been "exceptional" and all from surface. Large fund(s) taking up position(s) in response. Likely to be the leading AIM gold stock for 2025. Cleared out a lot of warrants as well and now brakes coming off. For chartists, check out the two year Cup and Handle base, which OMI is currently breaking out of, and the similarities between this current move and what it did at the same stage in 2020 when it hit 46p. The gold sector is starting to stir into life. IF OMI strikes at PEPAS 2 (and gold continues to move higher with all the uncertainty being created by Trump), then OMI could well take out that previous all time high during 2025.

Massively bullish candle today, with no letup in the buying. It's like an arrow shooting straight for 10p. Looks like some are scooping up whatever stock they can below 10p. If its funds or HNW, then more stock going into sticky hands, who will be looking for a decent return, not a mere 20 or 30% like your usual traders.

We will be in mid teens at least by month end at this rate. Imagine what another set of "exceptional results" will do to the buying?

Very high volume on the TSX as well. This definitely feels like insti/HNW buying. AIM herd will arrive shortly as well to the party, as word starts to get out. Can't wait for Friday!

OMI on a rip on large volume on both AIM and TSX. I think this will lead the pack when it comes to AIM juniors.

Also taken an initial position on GRL. Looking to hit 1000ounces by Q1, but some scepticism about this and has a large CLN to clear. But looks coiled like a spring on the chart, and with goldies livening up, worth a look folks?

I've taken an initial position here. Think gold juniors are finally about to rip, with OMI leading the pack on AIM, which I am also in. Hopefully the company makes good on the 1000 ounces, and the CLN doesn't hold this back too much, but agree with others that its coiled to make a move up from these levels. With gold moving inevitably to 3000, it would be a great time for Goldstone to make big announcements. All imo and GLA

10p to be the new floor by close of play today? Now that warrants are no longer holding the share price back, the brakes are coming off.

The two markets will drive each other forward, with insti's buying the dips. We have a relatively small float, of which about 20-30% will be in sticky hands (insti, Newmont, HNW, management and LTH). At some point, the AIM herd will jump onboard. As I said before, the move from 10p to 20p will happen much quicker than the move to 10p.

BG is playing a blinder here, by serving up some more PEPAS 1 treats next, and then creating a heightened sense of FOMO for PEPAS 2, which if it strikes will completely re-rate OMI and send it to orbit.

We are about to rip folks. Must be some big funds/insti buying driving this. By next week, we will be trading in double figures. And we are only in February/Q1 of 2025.

9p paid. Looks like London is trying to catch up with TSX, before TSX takes this higher this pm. OMI is cooking nicely for a Friday FOMO this week.

I think the fund must be scooping up. Could be Cohen, or another fund entirely, because I recall Louis saying there was mutliple insti interest in OMI. Now that we appear to have the makings of a near surfice high grade mining opportunity, you would think that big interest will continue to circle OMI.
