Companies typically employ an independent registar to oversea the process. Maybe someone has been taken ill, or perhaps there's evidence of impropriety... It wouldn't surprise me.

There could have been some procedural or regulatory issues. However, if that were the case, they would need to tell us, one would imagine.

The board will know the results... I reckon it's gone against them and there is disagreement over what to do.

What makes you think Aelph et Al have won. I still don't think there is enough of a case being made to have persuaded holders, unless Gould is saying one thing to major holders and something else to the rest of us.

The business really does now need to be broken up unless there is a plan to work within existing budgets to organically grow it.

Whatever way you look at it, its not in LTH's interests to delist. Its just not.

It has a time limit ned [not sure how long but long enough for them to just take it within a year or two] and by punishing the business with excess debt, they are defacto stripping the business in the interim. IE> They get paid first, shareholders last. How will they ever pay dividends if the money is just creamed off in interest payments to Aelph [This is the only way I can see shareholders benefiting in a private arrangement]

I would say it is you that are not thinking here. LTHs need to come first.

The market is telling us all what it thinks of this delisting.

This management team needs to go if they cannot get enough votes. They are so opaque in their plans because all existing holders, big and small, are about to be diluted to obscurity if this goes through.

They cut, but no help it would seem...

I don't agree Ned. Our assets are worth multiples of the cost of listing, I don't believe it's 400k as you suggest, but if it is, they should shop around for advisory services.

The fact that management are failing and have identified listing costs as the reason is absolutely laughable.

Vote this foolish deal down and then when it fails, they should resign, all of them.

I do not believe that current management have enough sway over LTH's to persuade them and also, given how fragmented the shareholder base is, they have done enough work. Even if they were to call me and ask [I have yet to get such a call], I would tell them its a daft idea.

Yes I believe they have about 20% of the shareholder base on board, but IMO it won't be enough, but we will see. Lots of canvassing I have been doing amongst PIS - none have said its a good idea. On this board the only LTH that is not new to the board in the last month of two is Ned. He is the one and only PI that has an interest that thinks this is a good idea. Countless others think its daft!
