I think we would all preferred a special dividend... but looking at share price tail end of 2021... compared to now... with the positive results and Pet ownership still increasing at a dramatic rate... the buy back scheme is an interesting move.

I thought I'd look into that a bit more and one of the reasons is "if a company feels it is undervalued". Taking into account the price last year.. company with good figures... a stable management, although the CEO decided it was time to hand over as he achieved what he wanted... it's a interesting next stage for PETS...

As someone else said... those car parks are always busy!

I think looking back through the journey we have had... this was definitely one of the junctions we would encounter...

Building up the company over the years
Getting the licences
Japan/Rosgeo/Green energy
Dividend announcement
Mentioning EUA 2 and detailing how the company is devised eg Nickel etc
Bloody war
Stating we are unaffected by sanctions and progressing
Announcement of BRICS focus
Now... here we are...

I hope its The Junction we get to choose or be told... Thank You for your belief and support in EUA... Here are the next stages... Now go and enjoy yourselves! And not a negative.

I may have missed out a couple of significant points along our journey as just operating from memory.. but am hopeful that... a few years ago when we were discussing Dimitry moving on with his bitcoin and we thought that was it... this... could actually be it :-)

This thread is really good... Thank you to all you positive posters... Its nice to read like minded peoples views and back up your thoughts.

We are invested in a progressive company... and EUA have had many developments over the past few years... with plans for a bright future.

We hoped it would be a quick turnaround... we could see with COVID and licences etc maybe it wouldn't be.

We are a strong company moving forward ethically... Hold Strong... and I hope this turns out well for everyones interests soon.

In a previous RNS relating to WAI... It mentioned "Several Tasks"... Could be JORCs from what we owned prior and a handful of the 9 we had options for :-)

They will have the facility to do more than one location at a time... so hopefully we won't have to wait too long to our next update. (Thank God they didnt use the word shortly... that's got right on my nerves of late haha)

Agreed... Holding firm... We have had lots of positives this year... and things in business take time (unfortunately)...

I read a week or so ago... The JORC.process tales about 6 months. We don't know when they started in April... may have been the 30th for all we know and that takes us to months end. It may take a few days to check for spelling errors and how many Zeros may be needed to apply to some of our quantities... then press the Big Red RNS Button.

Just my thoughts... Its all been great news... even if the share price rise and falls... but that happens with many a share.

I'm confident this is worth my investment

Yeah it's good to keep afresh of what we have invested in with the info.. and exciting to be involved In not only a company supplying the necessaries for the future tech... but their morales too with this. Suits my investing side anyway haha

Genuine question:

Would you know if UBS or Piper were no longer working for EUA... would we be likely to find out? Is this something they would pass on specifically? I know it was announced approximately when they were appointed. But just curious (and hopeful) that they are still working with us.
