Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Hadn't been paying full attention today and just noticed todays RNS where service providers have taken equivalent shares @ 0.5p for cash equivalent of £185000 for work completed.
Good to see them taking shares at a 25% premium to the present sp, shows they have confidence in the future.
Watch out, they'll probably dump the lot next week and suffer the 25% loss in value, just to get the cash.
Looks like it's going to be a January Planning Meeting, but we need to get the Natural England requirements sorted, which somewhat surprises me that the work to date has fallen short, considering the extensive Peel portfolio and the spread of work that must have been carried out on past applications to meet the N.E. requirement, unless this is a first for all the parties involved in the Planning prep.
Some decent buys going into EME this a.m. and a little positive movement here, hopefully a blue end to the day, for a change.
Hi guys,
This may help :https://pa.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/online-applications/files/4475617FADD00003F7BA27A32D0799CB/pdf/18_04671_WAS-PLANNING_STATEMENT-2887243.pdf
Its the Planning Application statement for Plot 4 for Progressive energy, compiled by Enzygo.
In basic terms it produces Bio substitute natural gas from waste material, primarily wood, to feed back into the national gas grid.
So, no plastic feedstock and no hydrogen produced, so no direct competition - as far as I can see anyway, but I do use vari-focals.
CM: Interesting read. Was that your 500k buy on the back of it?
Positive outlook from Canaccord also.

In the comments section, we now have 4 pages rather than the two, as we now have the major consultees listed with a Nov 6th consultation date, so I'm assuming this gives opportunity to respond to the recent revisions.
The highways chap (R.Parry) has already responded saying the revisions are no issue.
Additional docs now on Planning Application - revised layouts, ecological survey, tree survey, electrical connection to sub-station.
Plenty to read !

A damp and miserable Saturday here in Ince village, particularly after the England defeat against RSA.
I'm also pretty confident of the Planning application being approved with a few conditions as it is within the outline permission for the total Protos site.
A little surprising that the water supply for the Fire Service was an issue, considering that applications for the Bio-mass facility and Plot 4 application would need similar requirements, unless there have been recent changes to the spec required.
If W2T come up trumps re: funding for the Protos site, then they are proving their worth in the partnership with PHE, but we don't know what developments are being discussed in other areas of the world that W2T may be playing a key part - so difficult to judge yet IMO.
I'm confident that DR has a back up plan/site in mind in case progress gets delayed at Protos, as this has been alluded to by DR in my Email exchanges (sure he won't mind me saying). I suspect it is in this area, but nothing definitive.
Longterm : Regarding the demo day, there was a group of 30 or so individuals in hi-vis with police escort walking through the village about a week ago - that may have been it, but can't confirm as I have not been in the Duke (local pub) for a couple of weeks.
Flood Authority report now added to planning App docs

Been on hols for a couple of weeks and catching up with proceedings.
No planning notices close to the site or in the village, just the ones as pictured on the entrance to Grinsome Road, which is vehicular access to CF fertilisers and the bio-mass plant. Very few pedestrians use that road as can be seen from the planning notice photo as the footpath runs out at this point.
Rumour on the street is to expect an objection to be lodged by the parish council, which is par for the course in these parts, but not clear on what basis - possibly loss of leased land to local farmer, but it's been allowed to grow wild for quite a while now, anyway.
Lets see what develops.
Looks like the BBC programme "War on Plastic" with HFW is coming back on the BBC - every little bit of increased awareness helps.

Newboy, I certainly wouldn't describe PHE's present situation as "precarious" i.e. as in " uncertain, and likely to fall or collapse", but I do understand the concern around bridging the financial gap between now and DMG commercial income flow, but for me there is enough in the half-yearly report to appease my concerns.
IMO, this year has been quite a turning point for PHE, after DR took over the reins and is moving into an exciting period for the company, with the reality of the first commercial DMG coming closer to reality.
Major hurdles obviously are Planning approval and financing of the project, but with Peel driving the project forward (as they do tend to get what they require around here), I really don't see any fundamental issue with either.
Costs have been driven down, consultancy and testing work is gathering pace with "short term plan for operations to become cash positive".
Also, Peel are now collaborating to develop ten further sites and we are developing relationships with other organisations across the UK, with international interest continuing to grow.
For me, DR is putting the pieces of the jig-saw together (just wish he would hand over the PR role though), and these are far from precarious times, IMO, - rather interesting and exciting times for a small company with a potential solution to a massive problem.
I may be biased because it's being developed on my back door step !!
Nothing on the agenda for the Oct 8th meeting relating to our Planning application, so November most likely.
Worth noting that the meetings can be viewed via webcast.

Yep, stokey, I saw that too (after your November comment).
The actual date of receipt of Planning application is stated as 18th Sept., which is 20/21 days (depending whether you count inclusive days or not) to Oct 8th.
On a ramble yesterday around the village and proposed site, yesterday, there were no Planning notices on display - so I think Oct 8th meeting is cutting it too fine and it will be November, and suspect we will see the Planning Notices displayed in the next few days.
