I know there was some talk re drifting back down to some previous lows but with all that probably lies ahead mayby 1.4 is the new bottom ( with a little tick up !).

Also as we know, we have gaming licences in a number of states but wonder if, as others open up as is clearly happening whether we will also apply for and be granted licences in those other states. Be very surprised if things don't happen before then and that various discussions aren't taking place. They will see how much other states are making and will be desperate for funds to pay for public services. If not before, 2022 is almost a guaranteed success. It is just a matter of holding that long - very hard in this game !

This has been brought into Virginia in pretty quick time and other states doing likewise as they see the money to be made for the recovery of crippled states unable to fund essential public services due to Covid 19. I would not be at all surprised to see an emergency bill or similar put forward in California in coming months.

Have to say my understanding was that this was initially all about getting enough votes to get on to the Nov 2020 ballot and this is the one that Dodd pulled out of, however there is much mention about getting on the 2022 ballot by which time I expect there to be almost certainty that the Dodd plan will be on that one. Bit confused now !!

Have to admit that I am not really sure about the benefit of tribes going for 2022 as there will surely be a real strong attack to have the whole of California open to sports betting by then. Would have thought that the Tribes would have really wanted it on this Novembers bill (if the States and their shambolic president aren't all on full lock down !!!).
