Have just transfered them all out of my ISA into my trading account. Guess I may lose about 500 quid short term but feel happier myself just running with it !!

Their scheme document clearly says that accustem intend to list on Nasdaq early 2022. Liklihood of that who knows. Think I'm going to transfer to the trading account, take my 20/1 split and let it run. 500 or so quid now on a forced sale or 5000 ( dreaming) potential in a year.? Then again with the way these lot have operated taking the cash and running might not be such a bad idea!!!

I do have a trading account which actually already has some Accustem in. Just wondered if there was any benefit with doing the move out of the ISA and have all in the trading one. Guess it means if in trading account that I have the option not to go down the ADR forced sale route and can just hold and hope a Nasdaq listing eventually comes.

What is the benefit of the move from ISA to trading account. Sorry folks if this sounds thick but trying to work out all options.

Almost sounds like they don't want the hassle if Acc and the fees per share are really putting me off converting which could easily be half the value of each share.
Tempted to try and move from ISA to trading account and hold there and hope they eventually end up on the Nasdaq. A total cluster .uck.

Same whimax. Also the charge per ADR before any other tax is currently a quarter of the value of each ADR or have I got that wrong?

Surely if they sell there and then that will flood the market with available shares and drop the price further. Feeling well and truly done at this point as my understanding was I would get 1 share for every 20 which would then early next year trade on the Nasdaq. Is it best to keep and then hope they trade later or take the money ?

Likewise. Need someone with a real understanding of this to come on here with pros and cons of both options.

Only that the voting that we did last week made reference to an EGM on the 3rd Nov. So yeah, probably wishful thinking!

As poor as this company have been, you are right that Covid was a late add on.

So has everyone voted on the accustem resolutions which are now closed? Can someone remind me what I actually voted for!!!!!!!
