ok I will ask it - why did we ever need 2 company secretaries. The role is an important one, necessarily, and requires a good range of skills (see UK ones attached, will look further for those on asx). Seems to me an extra expense which has only now been recognised.

shocking state of affairs - my son is one of the unlucky ones. What BA are doing is obscene - court hearing expected from Unite. Staff are pressing the voluntary retirement/redundancy button in their hundreds I hear, many with more than 20 years experience. This job is not just a "trolley dolly" job as some seem to think. Cabin crew have to deal with very serious medical issues on board and more recently they are exposing themselves to the virus. Very little support from BA and no testing provided by BA - before, during or after flights. All this to push through Willie Walsh's long-term agenda. They will be sorry for this short-term view.

Could be 2 RNS's today then as we are already expecting the monthly "Issue of shares and total voting rights" RNS. Last month this came through at 11.03am on the first trading day of July

Further RNS expected Monday - will be interesting to see how many shares were issued from its block listing authority during July. Nearly £600,000 came into GGP's coffers last month.

This was last month's: "Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, announces that during June 2020, the Company issued 23,902,702 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each from its block listing authority of 10 February 2020 (the "Share Issue") for a total consideration of £597,567.55" ie these were the warrants at 2.5p each.

Following the Share Issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 97,840,540 shares under its block listing facility.

11.53 - it all depends on one's agenda and the reason for posting. If it's an honest assessment based on company fundamentals then fair enough. But if there are other motivations at play then that's another matter

In terms of funding their share of the capital costs which I referred to earlier @ 09.25 the interview was carried out by Donald Leggett of London South East on 18 May 2020 where GH said that he was optimistic of raising by debt finance GGP's share of the upfront capital costs. The relevant bit is from 8 mins in.

GH said in an earlier interview he wants to raise finance to fund GGPs share of the costs going forward and was confident in doing so ie not doing a placing. May have been a Proactive Investors interview - will try and find it
