I'd turned in for the night yesterday before you popped up on the RKH board. Will you be coming out to play there next week do you think? Very mixed rumours there at the moment, including some pupported bad news from the oily email crew, which conflicts with what my non-bb source out there relayed which is much more in-line with what you'd expect from an appraisal well so close to the original strike... At the moment I'm still feeding my ever increasing margins with my safe bets XEL and EO (with a small long on RKH which I picked up at the bargain price of 235.79 !) So, not sure if I'll have any cash to stump up if your famous crystal ball shines again on this one unless things buck up. Take it you're still in your element on the majors? Have a good weekend away from the screens! LeB

Are you able to say any more? What I've heard doesn't correspond with your crystal ball readings on this one. Although its not the geologist or anyone particularly senior, its not some lackie either who's smelled oil and shouted "looking good". It's someone who would be classed as a highly skilled worker in fact... Anyway, the Des water rns did me in and I'm being super cautious, but would be keen to know why you're toying with the idea of Bahamas here...

Are you looking at EO ? For <some reason> they are looking into separating the business to create a new AIM company containg the exploration assets, thereby leaving the existing company with it's share of the discoveries and a stake in the new company. Seems like a very neat way of packaging EO up for a takeover don't you think?

If you jump aboard a trip to the southern seas in the near future, could you let me know what sort of trousers you'll be wearing? I'm currently wearing long ones and thinking about a more expensive pair if it's looking like the right occasion for it....

I saw that! The 100 had a fair old bounce too, but zee Germans did it on steroids! If my longs on EO, XEL and RKH book up a bit may have some spare change to play with... Had to take money out of my own business last week to keep XEL open! Only another 30 points though until that one's back in profit!! Still, nowhere near as bad as when I was 120 points down on BP!!! (Should have followed your lead on the exciting one.)
