Anyone who sells the current shares is, in my view, insane if he overlooks the possibilities beginning next week.
You should keep in mind that GDBY has the possibility to buy back 18.6m shares on the market starting next Monday.

If you consider that currently the daily average trading volume in Canada is about 90k shares and only about 450k shares are set as asks to 0.10CAD, then everyone can imagine for themselves what could be possible.

I did some research to put a number on the 100 Abbott Afinion 2 Test Devices.

I assume an initial investment of at least 300k to 400k pounds, depending on how many test cartridges per pharmacy are planned at the beginning. The test cartridges are to be stored in a cool place so that they last 60 days. So I assume that the stock has been bought in limited quantities. These things can always be reordered.

To what extent they get a quantity discount from Abbott, I have no idea.

Geremy said in his video on CSE TV that they consider at least 30 blood tests per month per pharmacy to be quite realistic. Based on that, they would have recouped the initial cost of the device in as little as 3-4 months.

This is all only possible because they have earned very well with the Covidtests. In the Q1 2022 figures, we will then see how large the position has actually become.

"No this is a growing market and competition proves we are on the right track."

How many locations do they have? i counted 37 on their website. I asked Anne if there is any risk.

Its all coming together. If they can start to buy back next week and bringing some more eyes and buzz to the SP fins 2021 can be a booster. *fingers crossed*

which companies are you breaking from? can you tell me. I don't know the details of the UK CBD market.

My focus so far has been on the health direction of GDBY.

maybe the buy back of those shares conceals a buyout of the former stillcanna owners. these could solve 2 issues:
- reducing the share count
- get the possibility to become a UK listed company

The second and the more realistic scenario from my point of view will be that GDBY will start to raise the share price to a certain level in share packages from mid-March and support it with additional shares until the 2021 financials are published at the beginning of April.

so they show that the share price is rising and then hopefully pushed up further by the financial figures.

After that, GDBY will, in my view, support the share price from time to time with larger packages at certain levels.

it would have been better to have a bigger amount but its a good start. Maybe its just to get the first hurdle. Imagine when GDBY buys back 18.6 mio share at once what possbile effect this could have for the SP. There are nearly no asks on the SP above 0,06CAD.

From my perspective this will be done directly in its full amount in the middle of March before 2021 fins will be out.

From my perspective it could be really easy.
Buy back 100mio outstanding shares for 3.8-4mio £. Release fins. ;)

For Q1 2022, the forecast expects around 215-225 sites. Currently they are at 171, if you take everything together. This means that another 40-50 should be added by the end of Q1.

So far only 19 new sites have been added in 2022. It looks very sportive to actually reach the forecast without the connection of a major pharmacy chain.

They still have 4 weeks to reach the forecast for Q1. Fingers crossed

well, i don't know what a testing of skin cancer costs a patient.

The device from Medx costs 2.000 USD per Unit OR a 185USD lease per month.

Medx also get paid for e-consulting ($ or %) based on the volume 10-20$ per consult OR subcription (fixed number of e-consults per month).

There is also a revenue share model possible. Getting the device leased + e-consulting & warranty + service included.
IMO it depends on the size of a potential patient group and how the situation in Uk is to get an appointment for such kind of skin examination at your GP.
