George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Surcharge on banks profits from this month have been reduced from 6% to 3%. With the cost of borrowing increases over the last year, UK banks are in a pretty good position.
I was reading over the weekend that 3% is the ideal interest rate for banks, good profits with minimum risk to borrowers defaulting.
I’m guessing that at the current MC many investors will opt to take the divi in shares knowing or believing the yield will increase in the coming years.
I certainly am. Although on the flip side, it reduces the impact of share buybacks.

Probably Avion. Imo they have shackled IMM and slowed down the progress to the trial. They know that IMM will need further funding to progress any other compounds and delays will result in IMM being a distressed seller.
Not saying that the current MC will be the offer price should this occur but anything triple that would now appear generous.
Throw in a couple of Directors jobs in the mix employed by Avion would be a great incentive!
I’m sure many may think I’m only posting here to buy on the cheap but some LTHs will know I was posting the same at 13p 3 years ago. I was also posting that eventually IMM will run out of money.

That is exactly why I’m not invested. I was posting comments 2 years ago about IMM running out of cash and selling their pipeline in the cheap.
My view hasn’t changed. Imo investors will not reap the rewards of P140 revenue.

No doubt there will be 'radio silence' from IMM after today's news. Unless something comes in 'left of field'. Will those investors buying the dips not sell through boredom? The majority I'm guessing buying now are the 10% and move on lot.
Lets make a judgement mid January.
Looks like my 'IMM bashing' posts are starting to play out. They will be taken out on the cheap. Avion knew that time was never on the side of this company. Those buying at these prices may double or triple their investment but any expectations of the price hitting double figures has long gone.

Posted the same at the time. There was other news recently that also imo been worthy of a RNS.
IR should take every opportunity to update it’s shareholders.
I’m guessing when the new CEO arrives then we will get regular updates. Just my opinion, but further institutional investors are sitting on the fence whether to invest further or not when they are confident about direction.

Cash burn is relevant. What have they got in assets to raise funds? Labs, scientists, admin, list is endless.
The BoDs not taking a salary only confirms my concerns.
I know I’m pi55ing in the wind but all the very best with your investments.

I think your reasoning is sound as far as Lupuzor is concerned. However, IMM is not a 'one trick pony'. Some posters on here forget that their are other lead compounds under development that require funding. Cash burn, no matter how small is eating into what money is left. Avion only care about one thing, not IMM, not it's shareholders, not even about timescales.
The price of a share today is for a reason. This is not an easy way to make a 10 fold profit. The same rhetoric was being posted at 7p.

Really sorry to hear that. I can remember our posts and research from many years ago. All well researched and intended to help one another.
Ironically, INM did ok for me as my strategy was always to sell before the P3 readout.
We can only make reasonable measured decisions based on what we are told. My patience with IR ran out prior to Avion coming aboard.
Personally, I saw through ‘jam tomorrow’ promises and decided to avoid.
Lupuzor will get to market but imho not for the benefit of the shareholders that have supported it over the years.
