Interesting on Dignity. First approach was made 13th October for PRIVATE TALKS, 17thOctober shorts dramatically reduce their positions. Lombard increased their position on 28th Dec by 0.1% so they didn't get the memo! There's still 3.31% of short positions over 0.5% and it doesn't look like they closed out today. I presume this could go higher than the offer price if no one sells?

2Phevs - it was pretty rank when I was there (strip your throat stuff) Just looked online and they've definitely improved their brand in recent years.

@HH Went to Dominican Republic in my 20's and the local rum was called Barcelo. They had stands at petrol stations as the locals used to fill up their motor bikes with it as it was cheaper than petrol!

Would this not work? Split ingenuity and re-list in US, with long agreements for delivery with beauty & nutrition. You’ve then taken current liability out of play, but still with a huge amount of infrastructure paid into ingenuity and a potential growing and of possibly being taken over by someone like shopify down the line? Meanwhile you can Keep growing beauty & nutrition? Would love thoughts on this

It’s one thing an II’s loaning shares, not sure a board member can do it? Short attacks damage share price and therefore shareholder value, so any activity which assists this surely cannot be done by the board?

And they’re rewarded with a 10% share drop!

Almost take it as a positive. They wheel out an old story to try & stoke fear. Why would they want to do that? Maybe to scare a few PI’s into selling their shares? Let’s not forget, these shorts still have to get out of this at some point, and they need shares to do that!!
