Sold my entire holding today. 140% profit which is great. It’s been an up and down ride as held since pre Covid. Thanks for all the sensible posts on here from some knowledgeable people. There’s also been a lot of rubbish too! Going to invest in some boring middle of the road inv trusts now as 3.5 yrs to state pension. Held 54,400 shares, as I had to take up the full rights issue.

It’s a bit confusing with the SSIT and SSIC? Had done really well with SSIT until a few days ago. Now not sure whether to remain IT or move to IC! Never known this type of thing before tbh. I want to remain a LTH, just not sure which one 😀

I’m in the same position as you viren. I don’t need the money yet so will sit it out until it recovers again. Obviously no one knows how long that will take. I lost too much on results day by waiting and watching, instead I’d selling 😀 If it gets to those levels again I’m selling then. Hopefully lesson learned for me.

Agreed, patience is needed. It’s been a long road to recovery so a little more time won’t hurt.

Ooops! should’ve sold at 460. Will have to wait a while now for them to go back up. Seen this pattern so many times with this share. Hopefully they’ll recover again with patience

Hi, I’m probably selling all tomorrow if goes well. Are you declaring the sale to the Spanish tax authorities? Not sure I can be bothered!

I’m pretty sure it applies for all holdings. You have to file the Spanish tax form 210 as others have said. All the info is available online if you search. This form is for anyone making gains in Spain but not resident there. This includes rental income, share gains etc. I will be selling maybe all of my holding in the near future, so will have to do this in January 2027.

Insurance against an over reaction from the markets? Which we have seen many times.

Hi all, I’m a holder since pre covid and exercised all of my rights options. Just over 100% up now after a lot of sweating and waiting time. Think I will put a stop loss on my position now. Any thoughts anyone at where to put this at, my double my money price is 160 pence. Thanks

This is a frustrating share to hold, even when the news looks good the sp doesn’t behave accordingly. I’ve done well due to patience and ignoring short term movements. I’m staying put for a lot longer whilst the news is positive.

All the details are on Spanishtaxforms.co.uk it just seems a ball ache to me. Even though it doesn’t cost much. It does state on the site there will be NO tax to pay on capital gains.
