Joules was on its knees, administrators were appointed, NEXT rescued Joules out of administration for a cash consideration of £34m, they now own 74% of the equity (Tom Joule owns 26%) NEXT also aquired the Head Office at the time for 7m cash, the rescue deal also kept about 100 Joules shops open, so is there a chance they will do the same here, if they can aquire SDRY at low cost they must be considering it

British retailer Next owns the FatFace, Reiss and Joules brands and is reportedly in talks with Dunkerton on the Superdry purchase. The co-founder is also speaking with Authentic Brands, which owns Ted Baker, Juicy Couture and Forever 21.

Neither Next nor the Authentic Brands Group had responded to Just Style’s request for comment at the time of writing.

There are many of us holding our shares in agreement that this price is low in respect of what HE1 have found and going forward, those that belittle this share make it clear they are either not invested, have shorted or just don't believe what is written in an RNS or Lorna's interviews - they are not protecting new investors of making a mistake, absolute nonsense, any new invester will surely do research, those of us being positive on here is due to us doing ours - Everyone entitled to their own opinon, no matter - News will follow and I expect great things, I have read the RNS's, watched the video's and although this share price is low, have patience as I am not a day trader

I have been invested in this share for years, every year it drops during their Summer (our winter) as everything closes down, it has never been this low while I have been invested - great RNS to start the drilling season

As announced on 9 February and following conclusion of AIM Regulatory Due Diligence, Lorna Blaisse has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director of Helium One Global Ltd with immediate effect.

The board have resolved to issue 8,000,000 options in aggregate to subscribe for ordinary shares (the "Options"). The Options have been issued as to 5,000,000 to Lorna Blaisse and 3,000,000 to Kai Gruschwitz, the Company's new Technical Director. The Options will vest in three equal tranches over the next 3 years and are exercisable at 6.25p per share, a premium of 16.8% to the closing share price on 22 February 2023, being the last practicable day before the issuance of the Options.

I doubt you will see Lorna buying, the rules are that any buying cannot be followed by an RNS/price sensitive information/JV News, etc for at least a month and there is far too much going on
