Agree, it is an INVESTMENT and at these prices (remember there are some long term holders here who bought at 10p and above) imo you are on the right side of 'gamble' longer term as this is just the beginning

Is it fair to assume that if there is any price sensitive news they will have to issue an RNS before the AGM next week?

Well something is going on - they want your shares it would seem by the price for quantity vs smaller amount - don't usually see that

I have been in many a share of calibre where the mention of fundraise has been for good reason and is treated as positive news but so far there has been no news of another (we had one in February this year) possible fundraise

I don’t think they are struggling for stock but it can be very difficult to buy on the rise - This share is well and truly on the radar and if I had £20k straight off the bat for the new year this is where I would invest a decent percentage - imo anything under 3p is a low price - anyone new or interested please read the RNSs and watch the videos, this fell to 1p because of shorting and impatience just a sniff of even a slightly positive RNS and it will go beyond 3p, all in my opinion obviously

Helium is scarce on earth - google it - There are only a handful of significant sources of helium in the world

We have commercial, pure green helium with no hydrocarbons and gold hydrogen, 4.7% to surface, concentrations higher than anyone else globally

So when Lorna says ‘globally unique’ and ‘Transformational over time’ I tend to believe her

Mmmm it would seem that there are some new posters on here who have done no research, not even watched the interviews - Lorna has stated that they have Commerical Helium, 4.7% to surface, well has been tested indpendently at site, they are the only Heluim company registered on AIM, they are unique, globaly, transformational growth over time....

I would expect an RNS after the closing date of 11th April, realistically end of April but still this month

Absolute rubbish - clearly there are many on here who have and will continue to short this share, therefore nothing but negativity from them to keep the share dropping - I bought more below 1p yesterday because I am positive about this share and we are about to start a new financial year and HE1 are now into Q3 so expect RNS's as the months progress , if you have no patience, there are other shares to day trade

No idea of the implications to shareholders however, depends if/on the deal if there is one
