Sapan Gai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
If Boris puts himself forward, he will win very comfortably. He completed Brexit when May had dithered and his performance during covid was staunch.
He also led the West in support of Ukraine. Admirable.
I couldn't care less about party gate. It was a witch hunt whipped up by MSM. Starmer did the same and was excused.
He still has a mandate from the electorate with an 80 seat majority. He owes it to the country to finish the job.
I would remind people that Winston Churchill led this country to an improbable victory in WW2 whilst drinking heavily.
There are no rivals with the kahunas to rival him.
MSM is main street media. The prime culprits being the BBC with their tick box inclusivity and left wing fear mongering bias with a good helping of anti brexit nonsense thrown in.
Hunt is a pro EU remainer in a cabinet of brexiteers, so reconciliation and accord in this government ain't going to happen.
Truss is economically and financially illiterate. It is obvious to all. She'll be gone by the end of the month, or possibly just ignored while Hunt and a few othe cabinet ministers effectively do all the heavy lifting.
The current crop of MPs, both tory and Labour are career pen pushers.
They can appear superficially competent when the economy is doing OK- they don't really have to do much, other than turn up and fill in the requisite bits of paper.
When a real crisis happens, they are all cruelly exposed as they lack any vision and creativity.
Jobsworths in high office. How have we fallen so far, so fast?
The sheer incompetence, ineptitude and arrogance so evident I the current adversarial cabal in the Commons screams for a major overhaul of either or politics in this country.
A new, right wing party would gain serious traction and fill the void created by the two parties, who are indistinguishable from one another in terms of the aptitude to govern responsibly and creatively.
We also need to see a similar end to the fear and lies spread by MSM. GB news, for me, is the only watchable TV news outlet.
"The presentation breaks down the three business areas and the potential each has to continue to add to shareholder value"
Really?
No it doesn't. How does the presentation do that? It just doesn't. Come on Mr Budge, you are not fooling anyone. Least of all the markets.
Unclemad,
Seemingly your wealth and longevity have conferred neither wisdom nor self awareness upon you.
Have you any idea how your incessant repeating of your indifference to considerable wealth must infuriate those investors who are really struggling with their investment in BEM, and who desperately need it to come good.
Show some sensitivity to them and just keep quiet.
Wealth can never buy respect or friendship.
At 84, you should have learned that long ago.
The real issue is that Budge is not, by any measure, a CEO.
He might be a competent engineering director in a mining operation, but he needs direction, detail, finance expertise, and, above all, credibility and gravitas, all of which are lacking.
Once the Kallak concession had been awarded, he was no longer able to excuse 7.5 years of waiting on the Swedish government. The spotlight turned full on him to produce results.
With nothing to hide behind, his deficiencies are horribly exposed.
Suzy2,
Fantasy.
How, when, with whose money? Who owns the factory? Where is the revenue going to go?
Budge is a mining engineer, and has no expertise is commodity trading and setting up and running a production facility in a high tech environment.
This is utter nonsense.
On more than one occasion, Budge states the company is an exploration and mining operation.
I can’t fathom what his vision, plan, timescale and role for the company is in Finland??!?
Does he plan to mine or not? Without having lodged an application, what is the company doing exactly to achieve a revenue stream?
He spoke, disappointingly in Sami speak re a 15 year mine at Kallak North, yet no timescale or programme / map of further drilling at Kallak ( South ) which he did plan over 2 years ago, and then cancel due to “ covid related reasons “ which nobody bought at the time.
And Kosovo is just a money pit. He repeatedly said the Vardar management are extremely technically competent. Not as competent as they are at mugging BEM for £3.1m for minimal benefit over and above a small set of reasonable drill results, which are nowhere near indicating a commercially viable mine is on the cards.
I’ m sorry, but the guy is a prize BS merchant.
Sorry, Eric, but I’m going to have to disagree with you fundamentally on your rediscovered evangelism.
Back in the mists of time, when I first began to make business presentations, the best lesson I ever learned was from my then boss:
“ A plan without quantifiable inputs and outputs allied to a clear timetable is nothing more than a dream. “
Budge is still dreaming.
Suzy / Eric
This talk of positive and negative takes on BEM is foolish.
There is only reality and validity.
Budge had nothing new to offer and presented poorly and unconvincingly to a handful of people without influence.
The slides were too cluttered and technical and we're not legible to anyone sitting more than 6 feet from the screen.
Pointless.
Come on, Eric, it is so obvious that the presentation is in the same mode as the presentations he did 2 years ago prior to the 3.16p fund raise.
He needs more money so has gone into salesman mode.
Doesn't fool me.
So what, Suzy2?
Are you saying those who have no shares are incapable or not allowed to express a valid and obvious opinion that this, for years, has been calamitous by any measure?
Everyone who posts is equal, no matter.
Please accept that and engage only with the content of posts, not the identity or investment credentials of the poster.
And grow up while you’re at it!
How any right minded individual can still have any faith in Budge is unfathomable.
If he had anything about him, he should sack Sven and also Ulla, if, after 6 months in post she is unable to identify tangible successs which positively impacts the SP.
Dilution imminent, by the way, at a crippling price. But hey, Budge still pulling in £3k a week plus shares.
This situation has gone way beyond acceptable in any sense.

Here is an intelligent and accurate provision of some context for the Swedish election result from Oliver Moody, Berlin correspondent for the Times.
For someone who has been in post for 3 months and submits herself to a media interview, it is embarrassing to have nothing in the way of progress and achievement to speak about?
To still be talking about vague future " visions " which have been visions for 12+ years is not the work of a competent and effective CEO, is it?
