The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Absolutely nothing in that RNS to encourage me to buy in at this stage, maybe and just maybe if this drops further say around the - 4p mark.
Also bothering to see the rampers not acknowledging the reality. Nothing in the guide to make me think twice.
This is just lipstick on a pig.
Maybe some opportunity but not until after i see 2nd quarter figures .
One has to be brave to hang in because there are so many other opportunities out there
When i last visited Q1 invoiced sales figs were imminent but i dont see any report.
Is this normal for HMI? Do you usually also get guidance along with these numbers?
Reviewing the posts i would have thought there would have been a lot of buying but things seem static or are there just a lot of rampers
is this a bad indicator ?
When most companies are about to post anything significant there seems to be movement one way or another.
Im having difficulty appraising this stock and have been waiting for news ,but nothing.
i hate it when information is late ,it doesnt usually bode well
Anyone here with a more informed insight.
i reviewed one of the other boards and that seems to indicate all doom and gloom
In response yo your comments ref Miriri,
in the sales agreement of Nov 2021 HMI agreed to purchase from BF Mineracao the Miriri project in exchange for cash and shares of HMI
part of that agreement called for an upfront payment from HMI to BF of $300,000.00 cash and 3.3 million HMI shares .
The directors of BFM were Luis Felipe Azevado the son of Luis Mauricio Azevado who is a director of HMI
A second direcorship was held by a company whose principle was Luis Mauricio Azevado the same director of HMI.
At a later date HMI decided the project to be non viable and returned the property to the government dept responsible and relinquished its claim. This is documented in a statement at the time from HMI.
i do not believe the HMI shares were returned . A write off of Aus$453936.00 was taken to cover the initial deposit.
Google HMI MIriri an you will find the sales agreement and statement relinquishing it .
im really not interested in following threads that are just trying to ramp or alternatively deramp.
Equally having now gone back through numerous posts and RNS i dnt find many of the prophesies or promises being realised.
the sales targets that are being talked about now differ little from those of 2 years ago.
you mention coffee so what happened to all the projections made in the past for corn, sugar ,etc etc.
i will watch and wait with bated breath the accounts that come out in June or July but more importantly i will be looking for genuine, informed and realistic guidance.
I do note that samallyus has not really answered my questions but once again his comment on Brazilian partners rings a few alarm bells after the MIriri fiasco when a large chunk of upfront cash was paid to a director of both HMI and the vendor.. That does not smell good. i cant believe that no due diligence was done before any funds passed hands
smalleyus, unlike most here i believe you have some informative insight into this company but what i dont understand is your total negativity. Are you aware of any positives.
You are obviously not an investor because you would be cutting off your nose to spite your face. I dont think you are seriously considering investing in the future so what is your motive ? Do you have past experience with the principles , if so please share. Or perhaps you were an aggreived early investor that got conned with the hype when the shares traded at 20 before crashing .
You are obviously well informed regarding the intricacies of the industry and doing business in Brazil
Any insight you can give me would inform me of the validity of your comments.
i will stress again i do see some relevance in some of your posts but dont understand all the vitriol.
Yes indeed i have been looking at the opportunity here but what i see so far does not give much encouragement. As i said Why is every one arguing if there are 10k tonnes or 30k when they should be talking about several multipuls of this.
Are the sales team sleeping or all at carnival
if one reviews all the videos of the happy smiley users they cannot be spreading too much KPF because the sales figures do not demonstrate this.
This should be a total no brainer but based on results so far i think the management and sales team need direction or replacing . i do not understand why BMc has not put a rocket under them before now
i will wait for BM's announcement and this time i hope it s informative and indicates some real direction
Its blatantly obvious that smalleyus has some sort of hidden agenda but some of his info has elements of truth , no smoke without a fire . A look at the charts for the last years indicates that this stock is going nowhere and it appears that any significant moves are insider driven. There also seems to be missteps with investments ; Miriri and Geociclo.
one could almost say that for each of his malicious statements one could find an equally over optimistic statement from the company.. Why is there no guidance on dividends, buybacks. Even the website is out of date.
Mcmasters statements always have a tendency to be oblique which on inspection seems to be a trait with the many other companies he is involved in.
This company should have been and should be making massive profits given the situation with high cost and scarcity of fertilizers that have persisted in one of the worlds biggest agricultural areas. posts her seem to be satisfied with talking about 10's of tonnes when they should really be looking at 100's or more.
There have been some baby steps in progressing the project and i will keep watching with the possibility of taking a small position if i can see any positives
i dug back thru the RNS and found details of the purchase which consisted of Cash and HMI shares. Would the issue of these shares have diluted existing holders ? How were the losses handled in the accounts ?
Why were they buying from BF Mineracao which is controlled by a common director with HMI . Isnt Azevedo ? HMI's Brazilian director?
Didnt HMI loose a bunch of cash some years back when they bought a local processing facility which subsequently went bust ?
just popped in ......nothing changes does it? had big hopes for this one
same rampers, same derampers same average price for just about 5 years now.
Can only conclude that if this was going to soar it would have last year. when all the stars were aligned
Insiders seem to be controlling the price and draining any reserve.
got a feeling that if this does start working the brazilian partners will bleed it
