Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Won't happen. Too many large shareholders are against the idea. The same number that voted Sisto off the board. TERN would require 75% majority agreeing. It just won't happen.
That's incorrect PUTUP,
That portion of future production (and thus resources) legally accruing to an entity
under the terms of the development and production contract or license. Under the terms of PSCs, the producers have an entitlement to a portion of the production.
This entitlement, often referred to as “net entitlement” or “net economic interest,”
is estimated using a formula based on the contract terms incorporating costs and
profits.
I hope that helps.
Bob, surely you are better off taking a hit on your open short position at this lowly SP than persisting with your years of non stop TERN bashing? Every day that passes we get closer to an investee sale at which time you will not have the financial clout to close out. Just thinking about your well being as your desperate behaviour can't be doing you any good. Enjoy!
From Peel Hunt "On Gulf Keystone Petroleum, there's a target of 340p for the owner of the world-class Shaikan oilfield in Kurdistan. Robust production during last year helped the business generate record cash flow and return $215 million (£177 million) to shareholders, equivalent to a 41% dividend yield."
Peel Hunt said: The investment being made now and during 2023 should support multi-year production growth, as the significant inherent value within its asset base is unlocked.
Looking forward to my dividend landing today, easy money from this great company.
Broadford do you cry yourself to sleep knowing that you will never get a cent?
There are much better stock bashers out there than you, do you worry about being replaced by a much more effective person or bot?
He seems to be posting a lot over at weekend about a share he purports to have no interest. Must be trying to deter buying and knock the SP down. I think I'll buy some more GKP shares as it smells like a takeover is on the cards fairly soon....
Below are links to two historical articles on GKP (I know a lot has changed since these were published but still……).
