Nicely and Xviolet were waiting for 3/5p and predicting further falls. Nicely is short if anything and full of carp. Beware the uber rampers though as it is Friday and they will be ramping in order to sell out a bit later today. No predictions from me as it is a mugs game.

There are now 101m shares in circulation. Market cap £23m (using rounded numbers) so while it is easy:

50p = £50m

£1 = £100m

£3 = £300m

£5 = £500m

£10 = £1bn

The value of Sareums pipeline is still to be determined and is dependent on positive newsflow. Brighty has posted several valuations of done deals for reference.

It is for each of us as individuals to assess the potential value of Sareum and those happy with £1 is fine. £3 & £5 per share are good with £10 per share life changing for many.

Sareums pipeline is currently valued at £23m for the lot if you believe the market. Risk v Reward looks excellent but it remains your choice.

@Funnyguy, Surfie,Joey etc- not a prediction but even you guys might be able to recognise value when it is staring you in the face.

It looks as if we are being walked down this morning with a sub 16p sell to come from RF.

The new shares will hit the market Thursday. I think the 2.9m have been sold otherwise we can expect a TR-1 informing us that RF own over 3% of Sareum.

Similarly, we may get a further RNS informing us that RF have exercised their warrants. No RNS to this effect on Thursday will mean that the warrants remain intact.

I agree that the RNS was confusing with the numbers and perhaps will become more clear on Thursday.

An operational/ Trial update on Thursday would be good and would certainly accelerate the disposal of RF shares. Until we get further clarity the RF shares will act as a drag on the sp

hi matt - if warrants are converted to shares there would have to be a rns stating that, and how much the company has received as a result of those warrants being converted to shares. i don't think this includes warrants unless somebody has ****ed up.

i have had the impression that the mm's have been struggling for shares for most of the day so this is manna from heaven for them as it will allow them to take control of the sp for a while longer. obfuscation, manipulation, collusion. follow the news and the corruption

Morning Laura - you are correct in stating the GGP situation is slightly different. However, access to investment funding is the driver as it is considered that there is more Institutional Investor appetite for mining companies in Oz and very little in the UK.

@HBD - I think you are correct and we will never know. I would much prefer the BoD get on with the plan now we are seemingly over our financial glitch. RF have troubles of their own. It may even support the theory that we were deliberately weakened. It is behind us now - onwards and sideways!

Definitely explains the backdrop to raising funds. Maybe the BoD are not incompetent, are not trying to stitch us up and are not full of self-interest. Just desperate to succeed with very little financial support available.

All of the de-listing CEO's/BoDs cant all be incompetent fools can they. No wonder GGP are also looking at a similar move.

....so far. We may see some traders getting out this pm and/or some short positions closing ahead of the weekend and possible news next week. Nice to see the tide turning.

Hi HBD - I think that is a very fair point and the reverse takeover of SVEN may well be a big factor in the decision making of RF. The impact on their portfolio containing Sareum would be severe. That being stated, I am very mindful of the intel we received here that PH were going short on Sareum and the next day, down we went and it has continued.

I am just glad that sufficient funds have been raised to get us over this hurdle. I am hoping that our financial woes can be eased quite considerably in the coming months
