Thanks Montyfino. Yes I have also observed that as well. Only the big players can control that. It isn't for the likes of us and we have little or no impact on the sp unless the brakes are off. Anyway, back into my pigeon hole again and the chatboard can revert to its usual discussions on a range of topics and personal insults.

I do study the sp peaks and troughs and the sp in Oz overnight. Hence my post. I am quite chilled thanks and have a decent holding. Last night GGP were trading well above $15 as was the case the previous night. SP was slapped down at the death to $14.85 with the same trend the previous night. Saw the same here in the uk yesterday as well. Anyway, just my observations and we can agree to disagree as TT stated.

We can disagree on that point TT. GGP has been flying on occasion only to be slapped down. It hasn’t been permitted to perform better than its peer group in Oz. Same here over the past few days

Recent activity on the markets and in particular the ASX points to sp suppression here. The pattern has been the same over the course of the past week or so. Last night all other gold stocks in Oz were up and GGP the only one down. Beginning to stink!

Hi Steve, I think I am right in saying that there are warrants around 32p which, if exercised, will provide funds for Sareum but may act as a bit of a drag on the sp until cleared. That being said, should we declare a successful Tox study, then I would anticipate them being mopped up very quickly. Best of luck to you and your other half.

Probably answers your question from yesterday Bailiff. Who would be selling at this juncture? Well, if the exercise of warrants was known about then the broker can forward sell into the market and buy back at a lower price.

Personally, I am not in favour of a one-off special dividend. I would much rather Sareum retain financial robustness whilst continuing to develop the pipeline. I believe the BoD have to remain pragmatic. They would get an enormous amount of stick if they ever had to raise again after paying a dividend. I think a dividend would be short sighted.

I cannot see many sellers appearing with news potentially so close unless it is a distress sale of some description or just boredom. Sareum is certainly not a daytraders share. Steady buying into the end of Tox study could lift the sp higher.

That’s a good post SOG and I concur with the logic. Opinions differ as to value as we are all speculating about the unknown - even the more cautious on here. Time will tell and hopefully we will have news to evaluate throughout 2026.

Bobbler - my original post referred to "speculation" and " wishful thinking". I am not being disingenuous at all.

Bobbler - I give up and have no intention of spamming the board further. We can agree to disagree and leave it at that. If my initial post was ambiguous then fine. It wasn’t intended to be. If you don’t understand what I was speculating about or how a buyout would work then fine. Just ignore me.

Bobbler - you seem to be missing the point entirely and your own thinking is a bit skewed.

So if the Tox Study successfully completes it will take the sp to, say, 40p. That will be the sp and the associated MC. I am speculating that if a large pharma were to offer to buy out Sareum then the offer is made via the BoD and the share likely to be suspended and an EGM will be called. So the offer would be based upon all of Sareums compounds and potential. So I am speculating that an offer of say £5 per share might be forthcoming in order to get the company cheap and before further compound advancement. The BoD may or may not recommend that the offer is accepted or declined with the final decision resting with a shareholders vote. If any deal were to be approved, then the Share comes back on to the market at the new sp and MC. Hope this helps.
