In the case of Pavel Maslovsky, the judge has changed.

The April 26 meeting did not take place. The participants in the process were informed that the chairman of the case had changed, and they were allowed to go home.

Judge Lenskaya, who handled the case from the very beginning, was promoted. The case was handed over to Judge Nikolaeva.

Now, according to the criminal procedure legislation, the hearing of the case will begin anew. The new judge must delve into the process from the very beginning, hear the motions of the defense, again familiarize himself with all the written evidence collected by the investigation (and the prosecution did not have time to read even half of the materials), and finally proceed to the main part of the process - the interrogation of witnesses, victims and the accused.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for May 27. Maslovsky continues to stay in jail.

Denis is a good guy and capable, however the chairmen is in cahoots with lioustiger who I believed supported him when he absconded Russia to the US when he took his child from the mother who had custody. Lioustiger was also the man who with his everest supported strukovs coup and threw mud at the the then present BoD with the TEMI business. Do people know how desperate this people are to keep Pavel locked up. He has been incarcerated since xmas day 2020. Several months back the prosecution services finally got round to dealing with his case with now a reduced charge of profiting from the sale of his moscow office to POG. This was all done above board. In his first hearing with the appointed judge he refused to plead guilty for something that wasn't a crime . The judges to spin things out decided two witnesses heard every two weeks this went on for several session and on Tuesday this week they decided to change the judges which meant starting all over again every four weeks. It's so patently obviuos what's going on. And then you have strukovs pick for the bod in 2020 Maxim Kharin and it was he and GPB's Akimov who signed the documents to get Pavel banged up with out trial where he is to this day.
