March 12, 2019, NEDRADV. According to the results of January-February 2019, 2,675.8 kg of gold was produced in the Amur Region, which is 5.2% less than in the same period in 2018. This was reported by NEDRADV in the regional ministry of natural resources and ecology.

At the moment, only gold ore is mined in the Amur region. Prosperous season will begin in late April-early May. The development of reserves in the deposits of primary gold are engaged in five enterprises. The Petropavlovsk group of companies remains the main gold miner.

In particular, during the reporting period, the company's enterprises provided 85% of all production in the region. Thus, Malomyr Mine LLC and Albynsky Mine LLC, which work in the Selemdzhinsky District, reported on the production of 935 kg and 858.4 kg of precious metals, respectively. The result of JSC “Pokrovsky mine” involved in areas in the Zeya district of the region was 470.2 kg.

The rest of the production was accounted for by Priisk Solovievsky JSC and Berezitovy mine mine (part of Nordgold).
