have you got 2020 vision
You know for two years I was vilified and hated because I said do not trust this BoD and now in a matter of weeks no one trusts the BoD anymore. How strange life can be
Is that hasiba ahmadi ?
Hasiba are you on telegram if so under what name I can then invite you in
They are trying to that over on telegram and we've joined up with our Russian counterparts
Hasiba were you a pog share holder,?
"I'd argue there is nothing that makes POG shareholders 'special', BP shareholders lost more. " Ermmm hello if the government had wavered exceptions like POG then the company and some of my life savings would still be here. Lewis why a5re you here POGs finished you don't think it deserves any help or support so why the **** are you here. Who do you work for Opal, the BoD
"In the case of RBS and Northern Rock, arguably the government shouldn't have bailed them out" But they did and it wasn't the government caused their in financial crisis, was it?
You say "Yes, lots of shareholders, pensioners are. BP lost about 25 billion sterling in earnings. Way more than the value of POG.$"
Spread over the whole UK however the pog UK investors are part of that same population yet we get hit twice one with the general losses and then with in many cases our life's savings
"compensation from the government' .. is never from the government: it is from other taxpayers." Doh................ you don't say, I thought it was from heaven. Of course its from tax payers governments have bee taking taxpayers money for decades and increasingly massaging their vote base with it. If I'm right bail outs have been common through the decades RBS & Northern Rock spring to mind. All tax payers money. Of course there are two groups of POG investors those long term holders before the Ukraine sanctions and those who tried to sweep up a falling sp when the invasion took place.
Let me ask you Lewis do you agree sanctions killed POG
If not for sanctions would POG still be operating
Who actually were the victims of the sanctions
Are the UK citizens paying any price for the sanctions
"It's the UK government allowing the robbery and not protecting UK PIs (its citizens) by not granting POG special licence to sell gold and forcing delisting. UK government just used us as financial cannon fodder"
I guarantee that neither the BoD or Opus even applied for a licenses
we need compensation at the very least from the government. They fired the torpedoes that sank POG
Nicely put Biscotti
I have applied to be at court. I will definitely be outside of court from 09:30 am. Those that can need to be there this is a big rare chance to be heard

PETROPAVLOVSK PLC (in Administration)
Hand-Down of Judgment on Administrators’ Application
On 27 July 2022, the Administrators of Petropavlovsk PLC (the “Company”) issued an application in the High Court of Justice for directions, including for a direction that the Administrators should be at liberty to enter into, perform and procure the Company to perform, a draft share sale and purchase agreement with UMMC-Invest (“UMMC”) for the sale and purchase of the principal assets of the Company (“SPA”).
The application was heard on 29 July 2022 before Mr Jonathan Hilliard QC sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court (the “Judge”). You talk utter crap and by the way Cleverly was an army boy as well. I see the thread
As for Cleverly he is a twat who made decisions that he was never going to be affected by
Not in the case of those invested before the invasion and subsequent sanctions. The share price dropped with the invasion as did the whole global stock markets, however as long as POG could service its debt and sell its gold it would have weathered to storm like everything else has and still be here today giving people time to bail out or buy, The sanctions hit like a torpedo fired from HMR Tory Government and sank us all with no time to reach the life boats
continued.
Basically we the share holders want our story told; how we paid a price and the how the Russians benefited because of the UK Governments blundering
So any raising of the injustice perpetrated against POG'S pi's at the hand of our own government would be very much appreciated.
Below is a the list of share holders on the pog forums we've managed to accumulate, the company were requested to let us see the share register but they never responded.
All the best
