The problem with all of those articles is the Junta as they call it never wrote the 2019 code which tightened up loose areas of the 2012 code.

The big headline issues are about non payment of taxes from the 2019 code.. Most allegedly involving movement of ore. Any movement of ore seemingly being moved under 'samples'.

That tax is researched a long time ago and due to the overwhelming crap on the net on the 2023 code it is hard to go back and find potentially accurate information. However I think I am right in saying that it is not all negative, because it creates a new reference value for future gains which I think is favourable. So that CGT is a soft tax and reduces any later amounts significantly.

But you have to take your pick from the net and put your trust wherever which may not be fully accurate or we may misinterpret.

It is not a large amount of money but, if we pay it I would like to see him do a fundraise and keep our cash balance high.

Make of it what you will. My view was it lay with us, but Bernard had managed to get an agreement that we would not ultimately pay all of it. However with that additional legal stage in between so we could get cracking with the mine it is more complicated. Then you are never fully sure that these translations of language are correct.

White Buffalo June 2022 they have an RNS life of mine average of 1,060 dollars per tonne. So it almost certainly should be in an RNS prior to this date.

1,060 dollars average over life of mine begins around 680 dollars per tonne and was predicted to rise by a percentage each year providing that average.

At the time of Bernard's prediction spodumene was 480 dollars per tonne.
