With the countless RNS communications about the offtakes Suay Chin selling should not be a surprise to anyone.

Short term share price is of no interest. Medium term I and most of the financial industry call 5 years so I think you are totally incorrect on that one.

If you are selling and hoping to buy in significantly lower, I didn't do that this time, I see that risk as high.

People are creating problems here not Suay Chin.

They were given millions pal to take them off the initial agreement. It's just alot of risk isn't it. If you csnt see that. Then that's fine.

We benefited by their offtake. Their offtake has been purchased. They are out of the business so are selling their shares. That is simple.

Hainan before any offtake purchase bought shares as part of the JV and got their guy on our board. That had nothing to do with Hainan and nothing to do with offtakes. Totally unrelated.

Daz, Hainan would not take them they have the percentage they want and got their place on Kodal board.

We don't know how they are selling, they won't give us a communication about anything they will be selling in the future.

I suppose if your intention was to sell pre production then the timing scuppered that, but we knew what was happening as the RNS stated detail including the October 24 payment.

Suay Chin own an average of 8-10 days of normal Kodal share trading sells. 5 days of higher frequency like yesterday.

For private investors it is whether you chance selling and get in at a lower price and hope no good news hits and the spread drops.

They can only sell 10.99%.

Asher, Suay Chin would not remain anyhow once their offtake has been purchased off them, they will have made a good return on offtake and shares and we are thankful for their support - offtakes were 100% crucial to a mine opening when they signed that.

Not sure I would go as far as a good thing, but 100% we knew that they would.

If it is a repeat same time today it will be the softest exit of a large shareholder I have ever seen.

Usually they are supposed to be orderly and are anything but orderly.

Elcobble if what merc thinks could be happening is being acted out they will have a fraction of those shares today, we will only get the RNS at the end of the chain.

I used to invest in a company which owned Satoshipay, they sold the holding to Blu.

I sold out and didn't buy into Blu.

Kept an eye on Satoshipay as it is a decent company with a good idea and clear on getting their product to operate in the real world but the risk is off the scale.

Looked in nearly put in £1k punt because the market cap was under £1m very low, but I was in a rush and thought best to

Joestocks Hainan are targeting Asia. Hainan own 51% of the mine so they won't be purchasing lithium from another supplier.

Asian market is totally different to the West with the markets Hainan is targeting.

Completely different product production lines.
