However Fosun, according to the article, has a plan to reduce debt annually not in one go. They all look like well managed businesses.

If people are eager to buy in we should see activity at this spread if it remains for a while.

Painless people are not parting with their shares in enough numbers for them to maintain liquidity.

That indicates to me that they need to pay a further 5 or 6% minimum. They darent pay that in case they are stuck with them as this is not on the back of a current big bit of news

I also don't think people should underestimate Bernard's previous experience in one of the largest global company players, he will effortlessly transition to dealing with Hainan and Fosun and large corporation structures.
