Yes, we assume /know that Miton were a distressed seller as they've had redemption across their entire portfolio

They had till April 2nd to sell/transfer

That was the big overhang from 15p down to 8p

Seems to have been no evidence of their selling for last 4 days, In fact some block buying ( eg yesterday in 200/250k buys)

Why would I sell any ? It’s clear the SP is down below the placing price on very little volume and any substantial news they will be able to sell and buy shares much higher but whilst not a lot is going on they will take the weak holders out to sell to stronger hands to create a market.

The presentation shows that there is plenty going on but it’s a patience game and a case of multiple things that can happen to enhance shareholder value from here.

They are very much at a crossroads here in my opinion where raising money in the future will be through partnerships hopefully or at a higher SP through contracts.

Personally feel I was a little early but that this company could do a large multiple as it might be in the right space at the right time.

It’s all speculative with high potential rewards vs wipe out.

Happy to keep my full holding as it’s pocket change to me.
