The activity at Scallywag is looking very interesting and, as you say, we hope for first results soon.

The last results from Havieron showed good grades at 1000m. and 1200m., so perhaps NCM are now testing 1400m. and we will see more of what the second geophysical body may contain.

It would be interesting to know if analysis of the Northern Breccia Zone, compared with the SE Breccia, shows that both may come from one large, deep brecciated ore body.

Yes, thanks Paddy, I wondered why NCM did not seem to be mentioning the cobalt that GH had reported. So I then thought the volume of cobalt might have been small and not replicated elsewhere in the deposit.

Let's hope it will be another mineral that can further reduce the AISC at Havieron.

I like the way in which the interior of the Havieron oval is filling out, in the Newcrest presentation. Let's see what the oval looks like, when they have more drilling results from 1000m., 1200m. and 1400m..

Havieron has now grown so large that every metre of mineralisation gained in length, width and depth brings a huge increase in volume.

We have, I'm sure, many more cubic metres of mineralisation to come.

I was struck by the way the Northern Breccia zone has now been mapped outside the oval, in the NW. Indeed, it has taken a NW-SE orientation, which may be fortunate for our neighbouring licences. It is almost pointing the way to Scallywag and Black Hills.

If the system is magmatic, I suppose our GGP team are hoping that it may be on a large, district scale, with all that may mean for our other targets, further NW.

What a foundation project, for our company, this has become. No wonder other explorers keep mentioning their "nearology" to Havieron.

I love the way the Northern Breccia is projected to extend out beyond the oval. Compared to the last plan, it has now developed a pronounced NW-SE trend and so much larger at depth.

Anyone else thinking of the bulbous shape on Callum's screensaver?

Thanks for your earlier reply Paddy, @14.27, about the NW drilling. It must be a good sign if the furthest drillhole is active again. I hope they are still trying to find the bottom of the new breccia zone, as well as the bottom of the SE crescent.

We may not have the MRE yet, but I am sure we still have the attention of Australian gold and copper miners.

Sorry, Lenz, I seem to have had a similar enquiry to yours, for Paddy.

Mush - I am hoping that what NCM know, and what they are finding, is of such a scale that they they cannot reasonably draw a line and declare the MRE.

That group of unreported holes, in the NW, far from where I thought the horseshoe might close into an ellipse - are they for very deep drilling, a wide crescent of ore in the NW, or for both?

I have just checked GGP website. The early geophysics report has not been revised. It is still reporting the vertical offset of approx. 500m. and the lateral offset of approx. 200m. between the causative bodies at Hav. (gravity v. magnetic responses).

Also, it still makes clear that the mineralisation may extend below 1400m. - the current limit for data resolution.

Much more news to come, I think.

I am looking forward to future satellite images, as and when development starts on the huge area of the Hav. licence blocks. By huge, I mean about eight square miles in imperial terms. (Are we still allowed to say "imperial"?)

It will fascinating to see, from above, the work taking place - we will, in effect be receiving a revised site plan every few days.

Thanks Paddy. As you say, it will be interesting to see what was attracting NCM to the extreme SW. Like you, Spratt, I am waiting for a report on the activity in the NW.

In time, we will learn how the breccia formations extend and, perhaps link together, both at depth and laterally. I don't think we will be disappointed.

Hydrogen's contact has suggested that the activity in the SW is for deep drilling of an ore body. If they have stepped out that far to the SW, how deep are they going? Presumably, they are still drilling at an angle of 70 degrees.

The geophysics pointed to a 500m. vertical offset between two bodies. Perhaps the rigs have now stepped out far enough to target something interesting at depth. I think it must be very interesting to NCM, because of the resources they have put into the SW area.

Artemis seem to have found the mafic dyke formations to be quite extensive, so let us hope that the weaknesses in those areas were previously exploited by mineralising fluids. ( Especially, underneath our licence blocks ! )

Thanks for your reply concerning the Havieron anticline and my vertical offset enquiry. Presumably, steep plunging would explain what looks like deep drilling, in the NW.

Looking at the geology, as interpreted by Artemis, figure 4, there is an elliptical shape on their map, shown NE of the main Havieron deposit.

It is well within our licence area, while Paddysat showed activity approx. 500m. North of the horseshoe, a few weeks ago.

Any thoughts?
