Don’t think so, Hudson also know we don’t have monies after 15th Nov, so to me they are now resigned to let Bzm invoke insole procedure..

They said monies required after mid November. Today’s rns had to be issued as we are today at mid November. Is this the final call?

Think they have paid up, and that’s what the Rns is suggesting - to be confirmed of course. Suspect strongly that the gov has stepped in - it’s jn their national interest so must have realised can’t let go..

Trouble is even after all these superb RNSs this fails to rise, and is constantly being played. A spike followed by constant fall. Anything different today one wonders?

When did they say this about monitoring? may be doing this on this as an exercise but nothing should be dependent on this. They have the product modified and ready for deployment, it has been modified to meet customer needs - this has taken some 18months! No reason now for Customer not to award a contract, just need a CEO to put his foot down here. A good CEO would have secured a major contract after the V2 release as company had invested significant time and effort to modify to meet the customer needs. One can argue it’s the LOI customer who has put the company in this precarious situation..thoughts welcome!

The hugh positive is that we have so many customers interested..such a pity that we have yet to show a contract for all these trials and improved product development.

Well they are advertised so must be real! Been reading back through previous RNSs and the way I read them is something like 24 trial on the go! Now that is crazy in anyone’s book, no wonder they are money hungry, should not be taking on so many trials. Very bad management in my eyes!
