Well what’s the point of paying up if they didn’t want to go to arbitration and challenge EoD? This is going arbitration on 1st Dec, can’t believe some are still in denial after last weeks events.

Arbitration starts 1st Dec and this is to rescind the OEXs EoD . In terms of running out of money surprised people don’t get it yet, you can put this argument in the bin as they’ve already found 30 cores rupees in less than 10 days so this is not a company about to go under - shows they have heavy backers + gov. Its a waiting game now as it’s arbitration and this will take its own time as it’s a process.

Shocked to see this last night as I throught they had until June 19 to sort bondholder payments out? Also Viking tweets are all good, needs to take some decisive action.

Agree, why did they not RNS this before market close? It looks as though this decision was made prior to close allowing some to get out?

Wouldn’t read too much into these emails at this stage, as they can’t give sensitive info and they don’t want to cause panic. RNS is what we should go by. Stressful times!

Think they have to say this until money runs out which is imminent if mid-Nov date is to believed. When they have nothing left it’ll be straight suspension. They can’t issue shares and must be trading on loose change now. Was this a last call to get out OR to warn Hudson? This is the predicament us shareholders are in..gla

What nonsensical post - mid November means 15th or 16th to be exact. The rns is released to back up this.
