Agree, this would buyout a lot more appealing to the buyer. The thing is this is no wanna be company, it has a proper product, with many customers interested and in trial for around 2 years now.

Also this is in the hugh interest of this LoI customer, as if they dither and PSL go down, they will have to start again - find the right company and then run these 2x years of trials again! Guess what they won’t find another PSL, as I can’t see another CEO anywhere who is going to expedite so much money to meet a one customer needs!

Agree could be the bargain of the decade! These customers especially the one we have had the LOI with, need to deliver their end of the bargain with a Contract. All these trials and resources we’ve put in here must now come to fruition!

Just looking at the charts, this is the lowest it’s ever ever been. Totally priced to fail, but reality is very different with numerous trials complete and new ones ongoing. Product trialed and perfected, new trials in progress. Just a shame CEO not so far able to execute contracts. Their cash burn on trials has totally decimated the share price. Just need some positive news now.

Meeting should be over now, and remove any concerns in the short term. Led business actually stopped trading on 19th Oct. a sizeable buy just gone through..

No it’s just liquidating the loss making arm the LeD Lighting business. The PhotonStar business is ring fenced from this so impact. Without any trades today MMs have dropped SP to cause fear. MMs are trying this a lot these days...need to regulate them as they’re getting ever more greedy!

Well don’t understand what you’re getting at! any investor here who is saying they are not worried is lying..simple as. We’re on the verge but as we all know there is no certainty!

SP is worrying, this constant drop. Hopefully their getting close to TD sometime this week. Can’t imagine where SP would be if it took them the full 45 days gla
