Second that…first time also that I’ve come across a company with more than double cash + ZERO debt wanting to delist from main market not AIM…this stinks! More you think the more realise they’re trying to shaft shareholders and steal the company…in a legal way of course! No brainer..

It’s the best opportunity to kick this BoD out, and give the company a chance. Once de-listed like posters have said all shareholders are very likely to get shafted, the BoD already extremely poor with comms, once delisted it will be non-existent!

Always risk BUT if we let it de-list most certainly you will lose all or sell for shillings off market!

BoD want to steal the company from you, don’t let them. You can vote now! Seen it so many times over the years, once delisted shareholders have ZERO control and voice.
