Would assume seller knew about the placing and has been selling before the news. So, these sells are most likely from the placee’s, but it’s senseless as they are selling at some 30% loss now!

Yet to raise and now Magic who previously indicated happy to pay 0.2 again in next placing have now backed out a bit as they want in at a lesser price than 0.2 - could be anything to 0.01!

Based upon the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share of 0.16 pence on 5 July 2019 (being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of this Notice), it is now likely that any equity fundraising to raise the Additional Funds would need to be conducted at a price lower than 0.2 pence per share, being the issue price at which the Subscription was conducted. As such, the Consortium would be permitted to subscribe for Further Subscription Shares on the basis set out in the Circular and in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement.

Unfortunately it does look like suspension coming, this is because they need this 4.5M by end of this month and this funding now must be passed at a GM..now how many days left to end of month and we’re yet to have the funding proposal yet!
