Agree it looks like a lot discussions/negotiations going on behind the scenes with EGHOS 21% ish...which one is it:
1) EGHOS selling to II
2) EGHOS selling to Greencastle
3) EGHOS selling to BoD
4) EGHOS waiting to sell at higher SP

I’m don’t think it’s 4) from past EGHOS behaviour which is well at will on receipt!

It’s time to land it!

Most SP tend to move up in anticipation and boom on media reports before even an RNS is released. No doubt this is game changing news but we have since little movement in SP since last Fri....! Guess market is reserved until RNS...such is the low confidence in the BoD due to past reputation and of course EGHOS being the main factor!

A big RNS...it either looks like they’re waiting for EGHOS or maybe waiting further details / addition to the agreement for JM. They’re surely making us wait...feels like calm before a storm!

When that JM RNS lands...nobody will be able to buy unless they pay a hugh premium. Seen it all before here.

The venture capital firm has signed a management services agreement with London-listed company Iconic Labs, a new media and technology business, for Iconic to manage JOE and Her, while the company that operates the digital media brands will be renamed as JOE Media and Her Media.

Greencastle said the coming months would see “significant investment in the organisation” and identified its data and insights division as a priority. Existing JOE shows GAA Hour, Unfiltered and House of Rugby will “continue to thrive”, it said, alongside new content and “fresh talent”.

The development of the Her brand in Ireland would be “a key strategic focus”, it added, with new Her shows focusing on lifestyle, entertainment and sport to be announced soon.

‘Deluded’ chill it’s suspended Raul/deramp nothings going to effect anything. It’s being sold in less than 4 weeks so take a back seat and watch this unfold...whatever it may be accept and move on!

It’s light at the end of the tunnel, with EGHOS soon gone and Joe Media acquisition this now is a game changer!

Busy day today so JQ probably needs time to write up JM acquisition RNS...court approval granted so RNS shortly.

EGHOS surely are very happy bunnies...they have made loads of money here so they will be exiting very fast as every sale is hugh profit for them.
