Wow...if they trade off the debts then this is a monster deal for Prism ever if they pay existing holders (not accused BoD) 50p/share....when they are planning to make millions in the future!

Big lesson for JQ hope he’s learnt a lot from EGHOS fiasco...one of the worst if not the worst agreement / prospectus I have ever seen. Have sucked and milked so much money out of this company it’s unreal and unbelievable.

But light at the end of a long dark tunnel now, as we near the end of EGHOS. However, what JQ has managed to do is build the fundamentals for this business.

What I want to see from JQ going forward is better transparency and upfront And timely news not delayed. Hopefully start acting like a CEO of main market company - over to you JQ!

The Company has been informed that completion of the acquisition of the JOE Media business in Ireland by Greencastle Capital has been delayed from the guidance previously given and is now expected to occur in early October. The Company does not expect any further delay, and will take full operational control of JOE Media's Irish business immediately on completion of that acquisition.

Yes but prospectus also has ceiling of drawing down £2m which they have hit...further draw down £2-5m cannot be drawn until company gives its discretion. Which they’ve already said they won’t.

On 7 February 2020, the Company announced that it had secured additional financing from the Investor for a gross amount of £5,000,000 with a commitment by the Company to draw down on at least £2,000,000 of funding, with the decision as to whether to take more than £2,000,000 being in the sole discretion of the Company.

Incorrect...fake news lol. It’s not rocket science, check RNSs since prospectus in March 2020, they have now drawn over £2m...£2.12m to be precise.
