Webcast is nothing to do with placing but a business update, but how on earth CEO going to face investors with SP 70% down and their value eroded?

Yep appealing way to treat your shareholders, don’t see any other way out for CEO now except for a) cancel placing / reset b) Significantly reduce placing….not desparate for money and they can do smaller placing like they’ve done before or £10m or so!

Yes but so far it’s shear incompetence from the CEO. Has to take blame for this meltdown in SP, he’s caused it by not agreeing a price and jumping into a placing then still now on day 2 cannot confirm price after eroding SP by 70 % now!

Don’t think it’s going ahead is my gut feeling, otherwise we would have heard by now….look at all other placings a) process confirmed by now b) placing done….company now a days raise in hours, this is now day 2… CEO pulling the plug will show leadership!

This is what I would do right now. If can’t cancel significantly reduce it…can’t see why any CEO would want it to continue after killing the SP like this…it’s laughable for a large pharma to be treated this way. Reset and wait, there is no rush. No way to run a company by completely shafting existing shareholders!

CRO had now completely decimated and eroded shareholder value. IF I was CEO, cancel this placing right now as it’s become a farce…derampers / shorters are now all over this and long term shareholders all being flush out!

Yep these boards full of derampers/shorters who cause panic by quoting ludicrous figures to panic weak holder / traders. I mean quoting earlier 30p / 50p, same on PXC yesterday 0.3p / 0.5p…mean you need experience and nerves to withstand this barrage!
