Think from where we are £1 is a distant memory like 95% from these levels…no investors going to give you that when you’re SP is around 55p AND you’re after hefty 40M EUR! Its a shambles now, so be realistic it’ll smooth the pain!

Think what’s happening is that CEO is hellbent on raising the full 40M EUR but investors are spooked now so they are wanting even more discount to current SP…that’s what happens when you announce placing before agreeing a price..it’s now very likely he will have to agree a heavy discount to get this through. No RNS so probably still negotiating into weekend.
