You have to ask the question why the new so called mystery Investor cannot provide funding by 27th…didn’t they say complete due diligence and funds by end of Oct?

It appears the Investor is playing this company…why is due diligence not completed yet been at it for months..what on earth they’re still negotiating. To me they’re delay and force this into admin…and then buy this for peanuts.

Problem now is they only have cash until early Nov according to CEOs on words…one can argue we are now past ‘early Nov’, but with no news. It’s now a big risk…just hope not been played by the investor.

A lot of investors nursing big losses here, buy further to average down or pass….the big thing here is that at least it has assets worth multiple millions, so it’s a matter of selling which they appear to be nearing according to RNS…decisions!
