Mr Levy know what’s coming hence £200k loan from his own pocket! This was still a major risk with investors but now removed for 3 months and with their temporary plan they have a strategy in place which is now backed by the courts.

Monumental RNS and pivotal because it means the courts/administrator can see a way forward, gives company time now with Bergen worry now fully sidelined for 3 months.

This is the real news…last weeks RNSs were minor in terms of this one. The risk for immediate demand for payment was the reason why this dropped so low it 0.25.

Significant risk removed…now they can build business and sign them Contracts, without worrying about debtors

Mega RNS - courts were restricting 21 days - but now granted 3 full months…now that is turnaround RNS!

Now for 3 full months, giving them enough breathing space to recover - no debtor worries!!

It’s been well over 10 days and no RNS on this, so I guess we can safely assume court has approved the extended period?

A settlement manager has been appointed by the court to review the Company's short-term budget and is expected to provide his initial report to the court within 10 days, as part of the process to determine whether the extended period for the TSP Order (as detailed in the Announcement) will be approved. There can be no guarantee that the court will approve the extended period.

They’re trying to flush out as many weak holders / traders, to fill the coffers when next news lands…35% lol it’s now near UPL where very bad news released!

How in 24 hours so called interested parties (more than one), decided to withdraw their interest…when nothing has changed in this time except for 80% fall in SP. I suspect they’ve provided false RNS to the market and mislead investors about ‘interested parties’…
