It’s naive to say who would replace her, everyone is replaceable! She’s a poor leader for a start along with her poorly written RNSs, never see any podcast / interviews. Step down but you can keep her as a consultant if you need to tap into her knowledge, but this now needs a new CEO who has leadership skills.
