Listen to AZ/Albert at the AGM, investment was imminent from TAG for both RTOP / SYME. 6 months or so on, RTOP they’ve already delisted on the quite by initially suspending. How misleading were them quote for investors!

Unbelievable how they were able to delist whilst in ‘temporary suspension’, misleading investors they were coming back but never did. FCA seriously need to look at the rules here, as RTOP here clearly abused LSE rules by delisting whilst in suspension with no exit plan or shareholder approval. They said they have a Transition Plan in place, but a month on still no details or execution of this…now they are delisted!

So will FCA now chase them / and hold them to account as this was confirmed in the RNS BEFORE delisting, or let them disappear in the sunset and make a mockery of LSE??? LSE is becoming a joke, so many companies leaving out markets for lack of investment and also for companies like RTOP who are making a joke of our markets….same BoD at SYME so very concerning!

Don’t quite understand these MMs, a lot lower buys in the morning and they took SP to 3.4 in early trading, then late afternoon way more significant buys (100m’s) and they keep SP down. Amazing you can buy under 3 after those trades!

Exactly the new investor placing has nowhere near been churned yet, so it can’t be possible for company not to have revealed the delisting plan to them. Next sessions may give some clue here?

Very odd is the Placing only a few weeks ago at 0.08, so surely investor was told about the delisting (bod level discussions) but still decided to invest. Can’t believe for a second they didn’t share this with the investor?
