Obviously they need bridge financing, either loan or placing. Trouble is the dire state of this company, placee will be looking at big discount, and who will loan with the current crap management…and now a faceless CEO…who can’t even put his name to an RNS! Let’s hope for some wonders..

Very well summarised, so where is this new CEO? Why on earth RNS being signed by NDs here, is he really in charge???

Investor buying…

In some aspects an extremely encouraging RNS when according to many was bust. It’s clear new CEO is at work here and some greet shoots of recovery is clear:

- Has been able to drawdown the £13m loan which has literally saved the company from going into admin

- Have £4m of working capital in place so have around at least around 6 months cash

- Ongoing negotiations with customers in place to further improvements who are fully backing company

- New CEO determined and has given company hell of a chance of survival.

Ramp lol….not told anyone to buy. It’s all in the RNS so not need to take anyone’s word for it. Even derampers struggling to put negative spin on this!

Did 0.5 recently when at high risk, now with this RNS and possibility of turnaround this should do a lot better.
