RE: Volume24 Feb 2026 18:09
I've seen enough offerings/placements in my time to know when they're bullish and bearish. ASTS at $6 down to $3 was similar, but they were burning cash and look how it ended up. The big thing is USUALLY once an offering is announced, the price slowly bleeds towards the offering price as people don't wanna overpay for something they can get cheap in a few weeks. This has held a price nearly 2x that 18p mark. Oh, and a new investor bought 9% of the company, presumably with an avg in the 30's, KNOWING this was coming.
If you're getting shaky, manage your position. If you believe in it, you'll be welcoming ANY potential dip with open arms.
There's no certainty, especially on AIM, but to act like the offering doesn't strengthen the company and that people won't slurp up cheapies one last time after the equipment agreements, £45M raise and new investor, is a bit silly
