Jolly. im a ;liquidity event everything goes down. I have physical gold and silver. (200k gbp) and thats ok coz its a decades hold. But stocks....just keep some cash on hand to take advantage.
Getting out, waiting for the market crash, and getting back in is a wiser strategy IMHO.
Samson. you're right. managers have no idea of the real issues of production/ manufacturing.
you can sure switch an economy off with a switch. Buy you can't switch it on in the same way. Think about it. GET OUT.
Stocks at an all time high with the economy in an historic **** state. Get real guys. Yeah the resource sector is good value/ But its irrelevant. When the bubble SP500 goes down. it all goes down.. Stay safe and GLA
I'll do this. Take it or leave it. Feel free to share it.
Step back. When the economy opens, which it will very soon due to the success of Ivermectin. people will come blinking into the sunlight and see devastation. Businesses closed, rent/mortgage/debt arrears and default/ massive unemployment, bank losses...the list goes on. We'll see see an an economic collapse one the for or covid clears. This is not just UK, its led by US. One goes down and it all goes down.
What will governments do? At first they'll try to manage it with the usual programs. (for say 3 months) then they'll turn to their only option; retraining and investment for green new deal. Massive debt and spending on green. It won't work but it will send commodities sky rocketing.
If they don't spend big they'll have a revolution on their hands.
So, sell out now and await the crash. Then we buy in and ride to the moon.
About 21k gbp
Yes guys you're absolutely right. I still believe the POW story and will be buying back in but not until the wider market makes more sense. Everythings gone insane.
My own strategy was to hold my investments thru to mid March and take advantage of drilling results (WSBN POW) and JV news (CGNR). I the event tho I sold up all this week. The wider market is getting too insane and a crash would hit everything. Lyn Alden noted miners led the march correction and this was the final nail. Its an interesting vid.

I'm safely in cash for now. ''Picking pennies up in front of a steam roller.' as they say. Please everyone, review your exit strategy. Big money to be made on the inflation trade, but a deflationary crash first methinks. And others much smarter than I. GLA
Already invested here but in reviewing the info on our projects, and given the recent SP dip, Ill be adding tomorrow. As a resource investor, POW is probably all you need.
That's mpt my style at alll. I was just sharing relevant info and my reaction to it. Looking at the info here today looks like I was wrong to sell and may try buy back in. We'll see tmw. I'm unsually wrong haha
ORM just join the EGM club. Worth reading their RNS. One third of all shares required to vote. Seem to think they'll struggle to get it.
I don't want to knock this share (so no new post) but just a little heads to holders. The CRNG RNS may have been put together in a bit of a panic since it looks like a copy and paste job from the earlier ARK RNS. May not mean much but...
TY Majw. I do hope they bring this off. Just one concern to many for me. ARK are nto affected so much as they can migrate to Euroclear as ryanair have already done. But CGNR looks more complicated to my eyes and I suspect this is what the delays are more about. For sure ( I think) this will need to be resolved before any JV is announced and another 2 months osf worry is too much. I'll hold this 20K in cash for now and wait and see. GLA. I mean it.
to say I sold my full holding Of 20K GBP this morning, The news from ARK was just too much. It would be OK if CGNR was just in the republic, but with also being across the border in NI I see the legal aspects just too much.
See the ARK RNS and

Unprecedented legal complications.
I expect that this is what's holding things up. Conroy, maybe, should have been more forthcoming.
Dibs click the link. CGNR all time high was 42 GBP around 2001 https://wallmine.com/lse/cgnr

A MCAP of 1.3 billion would take out the all time high of 42GBP.
Could it happen? GGP suggests in not totally insane.

Anglo Asian is also actively seeking to exploit its first mover advantage in Azerbaijan to identify additional projects, as well as looking for properties in other jurisdictions in order to fulfil its expansion ambitions and become a mid-tier gold and copper metal production company. It has announced that it is negotiating a joint venture with Conroy Gold and Natural resources PLC to explore and develop various gold properties in The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Still negotiating. Devils in the detail. Both want it. Will come good.
