big megawatt projects being undertaken, Oz, Saudi .... where's RED???

Just a thought: There are a set of 5 wind turbines opposite where I live. For some reason they are frequently turned off, even though there is plenty of wind up there. At the moment I think the turbines supply electricity only - wouldn't it be much better if they were also used to make hydrogen that can be stored!? C'on ITM Cooley, get out there and sell the product!
With such a sudden rise in sp, wouldn't the company issue a statement if they 'saw no reason for the rise', but they haven't made this statement. Might this suggest there is something in the air?
I read in my local Hamburg newspaper, 03/5/2019, (Norddeutsche Laender setzen auf Wasserstoff) that all the five North German states have chosen to go for hydrogen production using electrolysers for the green economy, so the concept is catching on.

Welcome to the newsletter from Energy-Storage.news. Our UK team has reported this week on the world's very first grid-scale lithium-vanadium energy storage project, in a hybrid system being developed by
Pivot Power and using redox flow energy storage from redT at an energy 'Superhub',
also incorporating high speed EV chargers and hundreds of ground source heat pumps for local homes. Amid Japan's ongoing electricity market reform programme, we've heard from another UK energy storage company, Moixa, about its partnership which is deploying more than 10MWh of storage every single month at Japanese households and then optimising system operations to get maximum value for customers and the network alike. A new draft framework published by the Philippines Department of Energy seeks to resolve some of the biggest questions facing the regulation and market integration of energy storage and PV inverter maker Sungrow has enjoyed a big year-on-year leap in energy storage revenues. Thanks for reading and we hope you enjoy using the site.

It is not unknown for a basically sound company's sp to go down and down through various kinds of misfortunes, e.g. currently Inmarsat, only to see a rescue takeover offer come when the blood is flowing on the streets. I am a PI. It is just my feeling. gla.
Hi,
If I may add in my two-penn'orth to the present discussion, I came across the below linked article(s) this evening - see the first link going direct to RedT from the other feed-in links.
I've been in and out of Red for years since it came to AIM, in general losing dough as the sp gradually declined. I could be wrong in my opinion - usually am (!) but I have given a bit of thought to the company as it stands at the moment. Assuming that their flow product is actually viable and working, I see this company as one of those typical brilliant British R&D companies with great ideas but struggling to go forward due to the dreadful lack of support for 'non'doctorate PhD' controlled small tech businesses. Redt has stuck at it over the years, setting up small test R&D units in various locations around the UK, and has now simply run out of cash as it is ready to move into large scale production. Not an unusual situation. My feeling is that one way or another this viable product business will get rescued, but at what cost, who knows? I am sure Scott has one hell of a lot of IP knowledge under his belt, which he will not give up lightly, I will buy a few shares as a punt in the hopes of recouping my earlier losses. GLA.

Does anyone know why the shares have been consolidated 1 new for 50 old at close of business 31 Dec 2018?
Sorry, I forgot the link to the other bus companies! But I suppose you experts know it anyway! atb.

Re your point 2) I read with excitement in my local Hamburg city newspaper that the public bus company have bought 12 new all-electric busses. The original article was, naturally, in German, so I waded through it expecting to proudly see ITM HRS mentioned, but my jaw dropped when I saw the busses were rechargeable battery powered, and not H2. I found a similar article in English link below. Maybe you have a point Harry? The subsequent comments following the German article did raise the issue of only a short range (min 150 km), i.e. one shift's worth of charge before a lengthy recharge was needed compared with a diesel's three shifts with one fill-up. Of course I added my two-penn'eth to the comments re 'why not H2?' There are/were two fuel cell buses 'steaming' around the city that I had a ride on, but it could be that the city fathers have chosen the battery version instead for some reason.

Hi Bilboburglar and Seaangler, Many thanks for your amusing reply! I always think negative criticism is the best criticism. That way one is not dazzled by rosey comments from pushy posters. My analysis for investing in ITM is that although there are now many street corner charging points for pure electric battery vehicles, they do take a while to charge up, whereas a fuel cell powered vehicle only needs a quick fill up of H2, done in a matter of minutes. As you say, at the moment the concept is for captive ventures such a local networks and fixed route vehicles. But it will grow for sure. Are the persistent sellers people who have been given large amounts of shares as incentives etc,?
Hello everyone. I'm a LTH in ITM but am saddened to see the sp as low as it is, when by all technology norms, it should be far higher and rising. I have noticed for some while now that there are persistent O-trade sells, seemingly for no financial gain that I think is what is holding the sp back. Does anyone know of a reason for these O-trade sells?
when this company's sp was around 40p and slowly dropping, someone said it will get to 5p one day and all the queens of the day wiped him across the floor with abuse. Can't remember who he was now, but the motto is: don't slag off the doom-mongers - they are probably right. p.s. I'm a LTH thinking this company's sp recovery is just around the corner ha ha..
