ive been spreading mine about,i was fed up with it being up 200%,then down 400%,then up down up up down down,haha......now it just move 5/10% a week........ a lot easier on the nervouse system.......

about 35/40% up,but my 4 biggest holdings have barely moved yet,so they shud do me ok if the news is ok ish........ ime not in mentum by the way.......
